SlingMods is a great company to deal with.Always keep you informed with your order and shipping is always on time or earlier than expected.A lot of options for your ride and added videos for parts that appear to be a little bit of a challenge making it a simple installion. Two thumbs up.
2013 Spyder RT
2013 Spyder RT - ordered their elite led headlight and fog light kits. Was notified by email when item shipped, no tracking number, 2 weeks later item arrives. Install went well and pleased with the light output but, the led drivers put out so much line noise my bike radio is pure static and unusable. Tried to call Slingmods, goes straight to voicemail, left message, no response. Emailed Sling mod and explained the issue and asked how to resolve it. Their response was to use bluetooth for music instead of the radio. Obviously had to install the bulbs to get them to work but no refundable once installed. Beware of their led kits. At least for my 2013 spyder after they "spent over a year researching" the best led conversion kit I guess they never tried to listen to music or weather. This was my first and last purchase and a costly mistake on my behalf ordering from them. At least the cupholder I ordered at the same time works.

Super responsive and plenty of choices
Super responsive any time you have a question - they even called me to verify a purchase since I bought two of a particular item. They notified me that one of my orders wouldn't be available for about 10 days, but a few days later sent me notice of shipping - they got it in and back out to me that quick. Excellent choice of merchandise to choose from, and the website makes it super easy to browse and compare.

Slingmods has the best Customer Service I ever deal with anywhere for anything. Extremely respectful, courteous and professional. When busy , they takes a message and never, ever forgot to call me back. Great Company with great representatives.
Received wrong system
I ordered the SSV Works speaker system for my Can‑Am Ryker, and the kit I received was not compatible with my bike. The amplifier came with the wrong plug, so it cannot be installed. I contacted Slingmods by phone and email. They originally said they would send a return label for a refund, but I never received it. Every time I call, I’m sent to voicemail. They returned one call, but after that I have received no responses to my emails or messages. I also reached out to SSV Works, but they said they cannot help because the purchase was made through Slingmods. At this point, I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t fit and no customer support from either company. Posting this so other Ryker owners know to double‑check compatibility and be aware of the customer service issues.

Easy to use website. Has one of the larger selections of aftermarket parts for the Can Am Rykers and Spyders. Good pricing on parts usually the same or lower than I can find from other sources. Orders processed quickly and efficiently. Have received all orders usually quicker than expected.
