The return procedure is absolutely awful. Returns are not appreciated and excessively expensive, and I am now stuck with a dress that doesn't fit. Despite a price reduction, this is certainly not what I wanted. A very strange business procedure indeed, will never buy there again.

Please note that return shipping fees are not covered, but you are welcome to select the most economical shipping method to reduce the cost.
Product never turned up. Allowed me to order when clearly no stock.
Update: You only cancelled the order after I complained that it hadnt been received. I think you will find I waited 2 weeks so your one week for made to order is clearly incorrect. You never told me there was a delay. I had to chase. Also offering a 20% discount to remove the post isnt very ethical.

We actually do have the item, but only in certain sizes—others are made to order. We stock the most popular sizes and colors, but for clothing, we can't have every combination ready at all times. Made-to-order items take about a week, and since you couldn't wait, we canceled your order.

Lovely gift, can recommend
Bought this silk robe as a present for my mother, she is very happy with the robe.
Delivery time was acceptable, packaging very good, quality is lovely and the price is very reasonable.
Can definitely recommend!
Overpriced, poorly made, rough, cheap fabric. A ripoff. Black thread crookedly sewn through white parts of fabric at the neckline. Just awful. Skimping on fabric, terrible sleeves. A nightmare to return. I might as well have set those hundreds of Euros on fire.

Beautiful nightgown. Very light and soft. Love the quality. I have had other brands of silk nightwear that didn’t come close to this quality and comfort.
