Great products and delivery. I’ve ordered men’s silk pajamas multiple times for my husband who loves the feel and quality.
Didn't receive what I ordered
Unfortunately the colour of the jumper I had bought online became out of stock after purchase. I was notified directly by Slipintosoft and had to choose another less ideal colour. Then, when it was delivered the 3XL was actually the size of a medium. So I had to gift it to someone else. I won't be returning to Slipintosoft as they didn't cater to what I wanted.

Regarding cashmere sizing, you need to check our size chart in the product description. Some size charts are not aligned with local sizes.

So happy with this purchase! I was beguiled by the pretty silk print - reminded me of a Japanese print in soft, flattering blues. And I loved the flattering style. I had been a bit concerned that it only came in medium or small, as sometimes designs are cut small for a western woman with curves. But to my delight it’s a perfect fit, and so flattering.! I’m delighted I took a chance on this order. service and delivery was really quick, and the dress arrived beautifully and carefully packaged.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Want to return item because it does not fit properly and there is no way to get a return label on line. You must email the company. So i did. No response. Returning an item should not be this difficult. No one wants to get stuck paying for something they need to return because of a bad customer service policy, i will not purchase again from this company as a result. Hopefully they wil reach out to me now!

The color is more Emerald Green than teal
I've recently received this scarf and the quality looks great, but I ordered it because the image on the ad looked teal in color - the color is actually much darker, - I would call it Emerald Green - definitely not teal. I would not have ordered a green scarf, as that is not a color I wear.
