I made an order in September 13 and…

I made an order in September 13 and paid extra for shipping, I have not received my order yet not a tracking number. I have tried to reach out to seller and service email many times and didn’t get one email back. They didn’t hesitate to take my money but won’t send me my product or get back to me on the status. I wouldn’t buy from here. SO when I finally received my shipment it looked nothing like the picture posted online. The heels were a completely different color and style and quality was horrible by no means is it useable. The purse smelled of spray paint so its not even safe to wear let alone buy this bad products from this website. SO when I reached out to the seller to ship it back for my refund she wouldn't give me a label and expected me to pay $65.00 on top of extra shipping that I had already paid for this products just to waste my time and so they could steal my money. Seller didn't want to refund my money and ignored my emails at this point. DO NOT BUY from this site its a scam!! Learn from my mistake they are fraud!! They want to steal your money and make a profit for themselves based on selling horrible products to fool people.

Hi Zerina Lilic, First, when you placed the order, we sent you a confirmation email. We always replied your emails within 24 hours except for weekends or holiday here. When you first sent us email, the reply was delayed due to a holiday here, we explained this in emails before. Second, after receiving your email, we sent you tracking number, and always keep in touch with you in emails. Third, after you received the product, we are sorry that that specified sandals have a little difference compared to the picture online, we apologized to you, and agree return and refund, considering we are located in China, return will take a long time and cost a lot, we suggest you can keep them, and meanwhile we can offer a partial refund, you didn't agree, so finally, we suggest you can keep them and we offer you full refund of the product, you agreed. By the time, we already offered you full refund. You said we didn't want to refund and ignored your emails, that's not true!

Horrible experience I’ve ordered pair…

Horrible experience I’ve ordered pair of boots smells horrible chemicals. Contacted yo return. I was told yo ship to China almost cost half of the boot cost and they haven’t received after 3 months. This is very bad company from China. Do not buy from here go yo Nordstrom pay few bucks extra.

The jacket is really nice and pretty, shipping was fast and it was delivered even faster I didn't receive notification that it was shipped or anything it just showed up. The information about the sizing was accurate the jacket does run small but overall I love it

I ordered the ALL WHITE fur boots set

I ordered the ALL WHITE fur boots set! They told me to order a 9 because my regular shoe size is an 8 1/2 (which they don’t sell half sizes) They told me right because it was the correct size. The set also came as pictured, nice and white!! It also came in a timely fashion before my bday as I was told! 😃 I will definitely recommend and SHOP WITH SLIPPERSIN AGAIN!! 👍🏽👍🏽

The products did come late even though…

The products did come late even though I paid more for it to be here faster, I wasn’t able to wear it for my birthday as I wanted to but I do have to say the quality is amazing.I love the jacket, boot, headband purse set that I did receive and I want to wear it everyday.

I ordered my toddler a fur set December…

I ordered my toddler a fur set December 11th for her Christmas outfit and payed for the fastest 5-7 day shipping to make sure it came on time. Never received a tracking email so I don’t even know the update on the order. I still have not received it yet and I am upset because I’ve reached out to them multiple times by both email and the number on the website and got no response.

Hi Miyaãh Mareé, we are sorry for the delay of the processing time, normally we need 3-5 work days to process the order, but some products' processing time become longer because we received too many orders before Christmas. Anyway we did reply your email before, we reply very customer's email, and the order was also shipped out on Dec 25th, we also sent you a tracking number to your email, please check.

I love this company!!!!

I love this company!!!!! Their products are of very great quality I love my furry boots set!!! It came very fast and the customer service is GREAT they answered all of my questions really quickly and they made me feel so secure with me placing my order with their company I love how they stand behind their products! I plan on ordering many more sets from them and I’m sending all my folks to them as well.

These products ship from China not…

These products ships from China not Chicago. I ordered mine September 29 and have yet to receive them. Buyer beware!

I love slippersin!

I love slippersin!! The quality of their boots is amazing and their customer service is superior they are very helpful and answer quickly. I purchased the fuzzy boots set and this set exceeded my expectations. The boots are sturdy and comfortable. I recommend these to be a part of your fall wardrobe!
