No Response from Smallwoods

Reached out with a question regarding an order I'd like to place. When I clicked through the process of placing the order, the item price changed with no explanation. This was not additional shipping or added charge, just a change of the price of the actually item I wanted to order. Sent question via email on December 31 and got a prompt response, with a ticket number and assurance customer service would get back to me. It's now January 7 mid afternoon and still no response. More information was requested. I don't see any more possible details to share. Now it's January 20th and over 3 weeks since I sent my question direct to Smallwoods. Still no response. They have my email. Please contact me and let me know WHAT kinds of additional information is needed.

Horrible company

Wish I would've read reviews before purchasing. As a Christmas present to myself, I had photos done professionally with the sole objective of getting small woods frames. I received the first frame, thankfully of my children first. No issues. The other two photos were sent separately, marked delivered by FedEx however FedEx NEVER showed up to my house the day I received the email stating it was "delivered". Usually, FedEx takes a photo for proof, checked for that so maybe I would notice the house & be able to recoup my photos. Nope - no proof of delivery. I submit a claim to FedEx who advises me to notify the shipper while they investigate. I do that on Saturday (1/3) & submit all the info needed. I get an email this evening stating that they have completed the investigation & the package was successfully delivered that something happened to my package post delivery. Implying that one - I'm a liar OR that someone stole my photos... but that they had no resolution & they apologized for the frustration.. and attached a photo of the FIRST package delivered on 12/27 as their proof of delivery on 1/3. Advised them that that was the first delivery I never received the second that was supposed to have another package on 1/3 at 2 PM. They stated there was no photo for that package, however they are SURE that it was delivered & their investigation was over. However, FedEx still has an open investigation into this matter so I'm a bit confused how Smallwoods is so "SURE". So basically, someone out there has photos of my family, including my small children & Smallwoods doesn't care one bit to even try to help. I'm unsure which is worse, that or the fact that I'm out of over $150.

My picture was not the size I ordered

My picture was not the size I ordered. It was ordered to match another frame I got from you and it was one inch smaller each way. It was very disappointing.

Great Company to work with

I ordered a framed canvas for my son for Christmas. It was delivered....but not to my address. I contacted both Fed Ex and Smallwood. Fed Ex didn't care but Smallwood shipped out a replacement immediately and I even got it before the Holiday. My son loved the picture and it was absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was much better than any other I have ordered. Well worth the investment. My son actually loved it so much he ordered another already!

Don’t Use This Company!

Originally ordered for Christmas - they waited until just days before to put a hold on the product and tell me it was too blurry. I asked for a refund due to not being able to gift these prints for Christmas, they refused and would only offer store credit for another time. The prints I did receive were blurry and the lighting was altered. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money. Don’t use this company if you’re thinking about it!

Completely Satisfied

The customer service team at Smallwoods is awesome. When my first canvas print wasn't as expected, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They fixed the aspect ratio and made the photo "pop off" the canvas. They also replaced the print promptly. Great job Smallwoods!

20 x 30 Canvas photos…

My two 20 x 30 canvas photos arrived yesterday. They look amazing. Besides the great work this company did, they were also really good at talking to me on the phone and replying to my emails. I would definitely choose this company again for turning my photos into beautiful artwork. Thank you so much.

My experience could not have been…

My experience could not have been better. Ordering was a breeze. The website is intuitive and easy to use. Picture arrived FedEx and the box corner was damaged. The frame corner was damaged. I emailed immediately and followed the very clear directions on the order email. Sent photos and within minutes had a response to resolve the situation. They processed a replacement immediately. They also agreed to resend the replacement to my sons as it’s a Christmas gift and I’m going to be in NY (from Florida) for the holiday. Excellent customer service and I expect to be ordering many more in the future.

Top notch

My daughters & I have been using Smallwoods the last few years & always been so pleased. I recently ordered a large framed print to use at my daughter's wedding. When it came in there had been a problem with the image. I contacted Sw immediately & they were top notch in getting the issue fixed. More places should have the level of service Smallwoods delivers!

I’ve been so pleased with the Smallwoods I’ve purchased. I began purchasing them when my grandchildren were born(2 years ago) and they make such beautiful additions to my own home as well as my children’s homes. The quality is amazing and their customer service is outstanding also.

Damaged frames

I ordered 3 prints. Two of which showed up without the frame brackets to hold the picture in. I submitted a damaged claim for the both and included photos of both being damaged. I was only sent a replacement for one frame. By this point the gift was already late so I told customer service to not replace the other and would rather a refund.

I ordered 3 prints and when they were delivered one was very dark. You could hardly tell wha true photo was of. I reached out via email, and within a few days there was a new one being mailed. Excellent customer service

The Smallwood Home team was patient working with me to make sure my order had the best quality for the canvas! I had ordered 2 and 1 had issues. They went ahead and processed the first very fast and worked with me on the other. I appreciate Ariel, Trinity, and Anthony!

Horrible customer service and very low quality product

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with one of the image size I ordered and tried to contact support immediately after I made the order to fix it before production, unfortunately I could not get ahold of someone till the next day and they told me it was too late to fix. I was told to wait till I received the item and then contact them again. After I received the order I told them my issue again and they offered to give me 50% of what I paid for the item in a gift card if I returned the picture. I sent the picture back and they sent me a gift card for 1/4th of what I paid. I called figuring it was an honest mistake but they refused to make it right. I paid over $100 for this picture, they sent me $24 back and now I’m out a picture and $75+ dollars. I would have just kept the picture if they would have been honest. Also, when I received the order I was very surprised at the quality. The pictures are very lightweight and flimsy, Being super easy to damage because they’re literally printed on a foam board with a thin cardboard backing. My 18mo old could lift the 25x17”. I have tried everything to make this right and tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but they did me wrong and I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company. Highly dissatisfied.
