Sergej has been out a few times to attend our dishwashers, very polite, always take the time to explain the issue and show us exactly what is going wrong. Will always this team for appliance issues.

I'm a big fan of these guys. I've had both Igor and Serg to my house on three different occasions; my fridge, my dryer, and my dishwasher. (I've got a 25 year old house so all the appliances are long past warranty). They fixed the first two, and for the dishwasher Serg told me to just get a new one because replacing the motor would cost almost as much. I appreciate the honesty and the willingness to give up some revenue to maintain customer trust. So, they are my go-to team for all things appliance.

Fantastic service for my Samsung refrigerator. Ice maker and water dispenser was not working. Russel came on time. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Had the part the next day and came back to fix it. Working flawlessly now. Would highly recommend them.
