The information that I have received so far is excellent. The research seems spot on and allof the staff that I hae interacted with so far have been awesome. Reuban was awesome as he worked with me to get enrolled. Percy was very helpful in guidingme through the onboarding process and introduced me to Tamera, who could be my little sister with as many similar charcteristics. This is an awesome team and I can see how that they can make this work for anyone if you can take coaching from experts.

Let me start by saying I’m not a coaching rookie and this isn’t my first high-touch coaching investment. The VGA 80% DFY experience was disappointing on several levels. I bought hoping to get my time back and avoid wasting time making errors a seasoned pro would guide me on. tl;dr: The service delivery and coaching quality didn’t match the investment. Not good value for money. I can’t recommend this program. The closer understood my business and left me full of confidence, promising that if it wasn’t a fit a refund was on the table. He even bought product from me. I accidentally closed the closer :) Unfortunately, that was my best experience with the company. It was sold with promises that it would take 1–2 hours a day and provide personalized, niche-specific content ideas. That is NOT what happened for my company. Coaches (3 in 4 months) did not understand my business or offer practical guidance. Many content ideas were not usable for my niche and created risk, which I explained repeatedly. I took my concerns to the owner within two months of joining and got coach #3. Every new coach needed a new onboarding call with a fresh start. There was no service continuity for my account and I’d be shocked if the course author even knows my name, which is wild for a $12K program. Their new content ideas took weeks to get and kept making the same mistakes, ending up unusable. I gave the same feedback over and over without improvement. The content review system they implemented in March 2026 was a major improvement. I used it for my OWN content ideas and got some good feedback. The “optional” group coaching calls I had a preexisting conflict with aren’t really optional. You’ll get shade for missing them. A manager verbally authorized a refund, then the company reversed that decision. After their “final decision” denying the refund, all communication stopped and I got locked out of their Slack (their coaching feedback platform of choice). Looking back, I would have been much better off hiring social media support to create reels for me (100% done for me aside from the shooting time). Shooting solo isn’t the easiest thing in the world, and that approach would have truly given me my time back without these headaches.
I came across the programme on Instagram after a friend posted about it. I didn’t even read her post really, just clicked and joined up. I wasn’t planning on it, having watched some of the videos I decided that this was something that would help me to grow my small online business. My first impression was that it was a bit daunting to see all the videos but they’re actually really helpful. I love that you have someone who will work with you to improve your platforms and help get you set up to start attracting business properly. Anyone with a business or social platform account would benefit from joining the programme, I think it’s the best business decision I’ve made so far.

I was not hesitant at all to join this program as I have followed Max for years and he is one heck of a "hotshot"! No BS. During my initial meeting with Head Coach Kash I was connected immediately. He was very understanding of exactly what I needed out of the program and knew they could deliver. Everything is very professional, organized, and easy for beginners. Even if you are a well-seasoned social media creator there is great benefit for you as well. My recommendation is a 10 out of 10. The 1:1 coaching and personalized service can't be beat. My coach Chad is so understanding and patient but his goal is to get me there without shortcuts. Anyone at any stage in social media could benefit from this program. The value for your money can't be beat. I am 65 and going to crush it with Chad. YOU can too!
