SME recently changed their logistic partner “Best Express” very bad service. The sme now returning back the item to China seller origin due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, but no one called me before delivery or left the item on my mail box as usual sme or other logistic couriers used to that. Now I cannot request for refund because shipping made twice and the initial payment already released to seller. The amount is 175rm and it’s gone. Fraud seller and lazy sme CS agent. Agent doesn’t want to listen your problem they want to close the live chat window as soon possible without resolving your problem. Been 3 weeks my issue still has not been solved and it will never be solved. Fault its on their end and kept telling me different answers every single time . Their customer service dont understand the problem in the first place and say I have to solve it on my own. Never purchasing from shopee and would give 0 stars if there is an option . Such a big organisation and backend is super terrible. Called 3 times and sent emails past 3 weeks . Date of experience ? Lost track been on going non stop . Cant even solve my problem and just give me standard textbook answer when the fault is on their side . Dont buy from Shopee literally lost another customer and more in the future
This is company is very good because of I have 3 months experience on this business. So , I surly can say. this is really website. I running with 20000$ but I get profit from this business 25000$. So , I can run this business with my profit only............. You should try it.
They let you do business with them as a reseller and then they make think that there are costumers on the shop want to contact you and ask you about the products then they will order at the beginning a few units (3 or 5), so you have to pay for the supplier automatically and here is the big scam another order with 50 units or more before you get your profit and money back from the first order to steal more money from you.
