Recently we started using the texting function provided by smpl. To date this has been one of our most successful out reach strategies. We’re getting more engagement than we thought and look forward to seeing where this takes us. SMPL makes VoIP Simple - Excellent Service!
I have been using SMPL for five of my clients for the past several years. The company sizes vary, but they all are very dependent on good quality voice systems that just work. SMPL made the transition and installation easy along with daily activities. Their feature capabilities are full and rich. Their customer service is second to none, and you always get to talk to a person, not a recording, and not on hold waiting for someone. They are always helpful, whether it is their issue or not to solve. I would highly recommend SMPL to anyone looking for the right and quality VoIP solution!

Easy to set up, Easy to administer and the best part is the customer service.
They have always been there for me when I need to speak to someone to handle a request or correct an issue, I created.
