Great company. My first part (dryer heating element) came in damaged and I had to rig it up to work because our clothes were piling up. I reached back out to customer support. They were quick and resolved my issue by sending me a new part free of charge. I asked if they wanted me to send the old part back and it wasn’t necessary. My dryer now works great thanks to Snap! Thank you so much!

Ordered before 3 and recieved the parts to fix my fridge next day. Looks like SNAP finds the original part manufacturers the OEM uses and sells those parts below OEM replacement prices. Will be doing business with them again soon.

Your customer service representative made sure the ice maker I plan to purchase was the perfect fit for my refrigerator. After several email correspondence, it was confirmed the ice maker fit and the representative reminded me to use the promotion to save on the product. When I received the ice maker it took me less than 15 minutes to swap out the old make and installed the new one which was an exact fit. So far the ice maker is working as designed. Very happy with my purchase.
