When I called initially, I couldn’t get through. Then I received a call back. I discussed that I needed the suspension rods for my Samsung washer. I was directed to the to the right set and ordered, plus I I received a 10% discount. I received the parts in three days. Installed the suspension rods on my Samsung and it works perfect. So happy. Hopefully I won’t need any more replacement parts but if I do, I know who to call. Excellent service!

Ordering my correct appliance part was easy to find and select. During the checkout process I could not easily find an easy way to request pick up of the item. I had to call customer service (no answer) and email them to request the pickup. A small change to the website to check a box for pickup would be extremely helpful!
