I ordered 2 bras from them. When they finally arrived I could see right away that they were completely the wrong size. The return policy states 30 days after ordering which gave me just a few days. I've tried contacting them with NO Response. Do Not Buy they are obviously not a real business and you can't do anything about it once they have your $!!!
I ordered jeans from this company. After my order was confirmed, I received a notification that they weren’t in stock. I canceled my order the next day. My refund is now being processed by an multiinternational bank “which will involve exchange rate fluctuations”. While it’s not my doing that the items weren’t in stock, I’m being penalized. What a horrible way to do business. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.
Would give ZERO stars if I could! JUDY BLUE SCAM!!! I ordered what were supposed to be Judy Blue jeans and got cheap horrible smelling fake jeans from China that took forever to get to me!! I have emailed them and asked for a full refund but from what I'm reading here that will likely not happen. I'm going to try to dispute the charges with my credit card also! What a scam!! Terrible company!!
Pants are horrible. They pose as just blue jeans. These are the lowest quality pants I have ever seen. The cut is weird, fabric is cheap and even the buttons are cheap. I thought I was ordering something else. This is a scam.
I ordered from one company received items from another. They did not fit so have been trying to get an address to return the items. Nothing but a hassle. They tried to offer my $5 to keep them. They don’t fit, why would I keep them. I would never use this website again or refer it to anyone else. 0/10
Would like to give zero stars but can’t. Ordered the jeans and they are AWFUL! Not as described and one pair is not petite. They want to offer a $10 credit or I can return at my cost. Complete bull! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! These will go in the garbage not even good enough for goodwill!
This is horrible, they are supposed to be Judy Blue. They are some other horrible big gross ugly jeans. I have never seen such garbage. Don't order and we have to pay for shipping back to return.. garbage
Would that I was able to give negative stars. This company is just a flat out scam. I happened to be on FB. Up popped an advert for Judy Blue jeans. I own Judy Blues and they are excellent jeans. I was in need of a new pair or two so I stupidly, moronically, clicked on it. The link took me to Snapupbox where I then bought several pair of jeans that were clearly described as Judy Blue jeans, pictures and videos clearly showed Judy Blue jeans. The price is right for Judy Blue jeans with a promo code. I bought several pairs. And then I waited. And waited. No biggie, right? I assumed one pair was maybe backordered. Weeks passed and I finally got an email telling me my order had shipped! My radar went up when tracking showed it had shipped from China (Judy Blue is based out of L.A. - so even if they were shipping straight from Judy Blue and not the Boutique - I found it implausible that it would ship directly to me from China). Time passes and finally it arrives. I open it and shockingly /s - the jeans AREN'T Judy Blue! They aren't even plausible fakes. They are these gross weird awful quality no name jeans. No tags. No labels. Nada. But its all good because they advertise easy returns, right? Not so fast! My first email gets a non deliverable message. I find another email. I wait days and finally a response. They want pictures. I send pictures. Than they claim that those are the jeans they sold me (NOT TRUE) but they will magnanimously either offer me $20 and I keep the crappy fake jeans OR I can return them on my dime and they keep a significant chunk of money for a "reprocessing" fee. I'm working on this mess with my credit card company now. But for gawds sake, save yourself the headache and don't use this wretched scammy company for anything.
They are promoting their products all over TikTok - Judy Blume Jeans - don't do it. Paid for expedited shipping - it will be 5 weeks. I can only imagine the quality. Unfortunately you can't even leave a comment on the TikTok promoters.
I order a pair of jeans and they are terrible! When I try to email them it comes back undelivered. COMPLETE SCAM in my opinion!! BEWARE!!
I order on Sept 26th and I still have not gotten my order shipping info. Saying it is being dispatched. Getting a bounce back from the email assistance. This is a scam from my research!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a loungewear set at the beginning of September and they have still not been shipped. I emailed to chase for just an estimation of when they would be shipped using the only email address they have, I’ve not had a response. Complete con as I cannot cancel my order once it has been placed despite package still not being shipped after a number of weeks.
I received an order for 2 dresses size large. One is correct and the other was a size small with no zipper. I have contacted customer service 3 times re the order and have had zero response. As of Aug 31 I have heard from the company and they are sending a new dress.
If I could give negative stars I would do that. This company is an absolute joke. When I originally ask for status of the order I was told I would have it within 7 days, 14 days later still nothing. I emailed for status and was told it would be an additional 7-14 days, I asked to cancel the order and be given a refund. I placed this order in June, it is August and I am still going back and forth with them trying to get a refund..
Bought those pants that have built in cinches. The fabric is… not good. Thin. The length feels like they just took the regular size and slapped whatever label on it. The buckles are cheap. They don’t offer good return services. I highly recommend you don’t buy from this store unless you’re willing to waste 40$ on an awful pair of pants.
