Final Update: Following my report here on Trustpilot, I received the refund in accordance with the platform's policy. I appreciate the attention I eventually received, but I would suggest paying greater attention to email requests, in compliance with the platform's own procedures. ------------------------------ Update: As requested in the reply, below is my invoice number: " AS57809 " ------------------------------ Extremely disappointing experience. I made a purchase and, after realizing I had ordered the wrong item, I requested a return in full compliance with the conditions stated in your refund policy, which states that customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days. I contacted customer support twice within the required timeframe, but I never received any response, no instructions, and no assistance. I find this behavior highly unfair and misleading. Advertising a refund policy that appears to protect customers, while completely ignoring legitimate refund requests submitted within the stated deadline, is unacceptable. My impression is that the refund policy is presented as a customer guarantee on paper, but is not actually honored in practice. For this reason, I cannot recommend this platform.

Problems with Spotify premium account
I purchased a Spotify premium account which actually turned out to be a standard account - I have tried to get this problem solved contacting them through their WhatsApp channel but I get no answer from it yet. After one week the problem Is still there and I have totally NO ANSWER from support. Then I officially requested to close the contract with them, and again NO ANSWER. I can't believe this is their standard behaviour, but that's It.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 for my Apple Mac Mini M4, which I use at home. For personal purposes, I use the fantastic Apple suite, which includes Pages and Numbers. However, I wanted to have Microsoft Word on my Mac Mini at home so I could create MailMerge templates for complex work documents that draw on data from our business software in the comfort of my own home. We use Microsoft at the office, and the MailMerge function used in Microsoft Word uses a proprietary Microsoft syntax that is difficult/impossible to use with Apple Pages or LibreOffice Writer. So, I only needed Word... and sometimes Excel, but purchasing Home & Business cost less than Office 2024. Thanks to the very low price offered by SOFT ASTRD, I was able to purchase a full working license to use Word on my home computer.
