Terrible experience. I purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud license (order AS62932) that immediately caused my personal Adobe account to be suspended for suspicious activity following their forced team configurations. I have never been able to use the license I paid for, and as of today, I am still unable to work or access my own data, causing me significant professional damage. Their service model relies on constantly moving users between different 'teams' to activate the license, which is clearly the trigger for Adobe's security blocks on my account. Despite my repeated attempts to explain this, they refuse to acknowledge the correlation, offer no solution other than creating new accounts—which would mean abandoning all my existing files—and continue to deny my refund request in direct violation of their own return policy. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of time and money. Very unprofessional—avoid at all costs.
