I cannot figure out how to integrate this new remote device to the existing strip lights and there are no instructions to guide me. Andrew from Solid Apollo called me, patiently talked me through my issues, and showed a [genuine] concern in effort to make sure all was good. I will definitely be buying add’l product from them.

As we discussed, our controller is specifically designed to pair with our LED strip lights, and it may not function properly with other brands. That compatibility difference is likely what caused the difficulty when trying to integrate it with your existing strip lights. It's been quite a journey to plan the project, learn about LED lighting, and order all components. Solid Apollo, regardless of who answered the phone, were very helpful (not to mention that a REAL person answers the phone!). Some backordering was required to obtain all the necessary quantities. It took some time, but they minimized it and shipped promptly. I had a few cracked domes, which they replaced no problem, including shipping. I couldn't ask for more from a vendor. Thank you. Any by the way, the results are outstanding!
