I was the first “walk-in” customer for Solid Apollo after they opened many, many years ago. (I needed the LED components the same day). That was a great idea because I truly did not understand all the possibilities.
My number one concern was depth of stock. I was happy to find that I really could execute my plan which required 10 (9-1/2) reels of identical LED strip. And I learned quite s bit in the process. On really big projects you can inject power many different ways.
Most important, their product selection is enormous and they can answer any question. Try asking a counter person at an electrical distributor how to design or use their (limited) selection of products. You will get a blank stare like a deer in the headlights.

The products we ordered arrived damaged. The container had sustained damaged during shipping. We called Solid Apollo customer support and explained the situation. This company answers their phone with a real person. If there's issues, it's handled promptly and responsibly. They were out of a particular product, so backordering was necessary. They were easy to contact and check status, and then delivered as predicted. If I need LED's in the future, or related products, I'll definitely shop here first.

Excellent products, but even more excellent customer service. We're 100% uneducated about these kinds of products, and the extremely kind guys there shepherded us through choosing every bit of equipment we needed for our project. They were beyond helpful. Nice product. Mine came with a bad dimmer which was actually not a big deal since I was using these as closet lights and don't need them to dim. After a quick phone call to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding the install instructions, a sales or tech person immediately mailed me a new dimmer, no questions asked. The new one works perfectly, but Solid Apollo went above and beyond what I needed.
