It could possibly be a cool app if the bugs are worked out. The voices male/female sounds the same and after the fourth time creating a song, and listening to those voices, makes me want to run into the middle of the ocean. When this subscription is over, I'm canceling it ASAP. If I keep hearing these voices, I'll soon be in a padded room in tears 24 hours a day.
Songer was the first AI Song Creator App I had seen. I was down about a breakup. I gave it a shot because the price was affordable and the credits were fair to spend on the creation level where others were atrociously high. The very first…I mean the 1st song I explained in the chat box was an absolutely therapeutic enlightenment for me. Let me say this: !!!Songer.co gave me a life again!!!! The very first song was epic and ultra-mesmerizing. The Ai significantly listened and related it to the genre and descriptions I gave it— Even in my sporadic thoughts and scattered texting of what I wanted. Despite my jumping around to explain the nuance of what I was searching for to soothe me…Songer epically created the masterpiece that I now have on Spotify, YouTube, and 30 other major distribution platforms as we speak. I’ve made many heads turn with “Echoes of Bitter Memory”. I’ve made 12 more songs in the past 8 weeks and I’m pumping them out like pancakes at Waffle House. GET Songer.co! OH, and they update their platform regularly with new adventurous accessories and fun contests. The shout outs once a month are fun to watch. You could be their top hit single for the week if you get the app and start making songs that wrap your life in anything you can dream about. Songer and its team are awesome blossom! Go Songer. Thanks for saving this guy from myself. P.S. I am not getting one cent to say this. I say it because it is true.

Hi I would like to say my experience with Songer has been Amazing so far and the team are fantastic , I've just had an issue where I lost all my songs through my own mistake I permanently deleted them from my phone , but after contacting the fabulous team at Songer with their help I have all my songs back . I'm a person who hears songs in my head that no one else hears. Lyrics, full band going on, I hear the complete song, and arrangement and while I "know" the song I can't PLAY it - I can put those lyrics on paper, but HOW do I get to actually hear that song? SONGER does it for me. Open the app - click custom lyrics - insert the song - pick the "methods of attack" (style) - and generate. What's fun is the tool often churns me out a copy pretty close to what I'm imagining fairly quickly, (even when I use tags like Bluegrass, saxophone, fiddle, big-band, up tempo) and being able to choose between male and female vocals means less churn - More perfection. ABSOLUTELY top notch tool. Support with the app is also phenomenal, and if you get into the "grit" of the app and learn "the toys" the experience and output only continues to improve. if you (like me) "hear music" no one else hears, but don't have a band to write for, and would like to actually hear the material and be able to share it - sign up - try it - come back and work with it again later. I may not be a musician but it turns out; I am a lyricist, and with the right lyrics and a few simple prompts if you've got it "right" - SONGER will kick out precisely what your head was holding. Fact. No fancy work, no coding, no knowledge of AI or how it all works, just - bare knuckled lyrics, 5 style/sound prompts and - GO. I found it, I tried it, I continue to play with it. Better still SONGER gives me full rights to the piece and that solves the "who is the real musician in this house" debate - quickly. Turns out, I am a musician, I just needed the right support to be able to actualize that. Rock, country, swing/jazz, I've even done hip hop and - SONGER "feels me" knows what I'm hearing and somehow pulls it out of the lyrics - Wonderful Wizardry. definitely a "online game" I keep coming back to "play" :) Keep up the amazing work Team SONGER <3
After a year paying AI services to help me create custom songs, I found most to be very expensive, unpredictable, and limited music genres. Songer goes beyond what I was hoping. I can click a tab to paste my own lyrics, choose multiple key words to define the style, then generate the song in 1 minute. Not what you wanted? No problem. Click the REUSE REQUEST link, the lyrics redisplay. I can tweak the style then submit the work again, never costing a single token. You only pay for the songs you unlock and want to keep! Great work! I wanted to like Songer, and the idea behind it is good, but the results were very inconsistent for what I needed. I tried generating many songs, but most of them were not usable or close enough to what I was trying to create. For the price of $137.18 every six months, I expected better quality and more reliable results. I also had 44 credits left when I canceled, which shows I did not get the value I expected from the plan. The platform has potential, but the AI needs to do a much better job following lyrics, style, structure, and emotional direction. I canceled because it simply did not fit my needs. [Update] Customer service is great. They were understanding, saw the evidence, and made it right. This is hard to find these days.

A few things that tend to sharpen results: Leaning on structure tags to guide sections and mood, keeping style descriptors specific rather than broad, and using Extend to reshape a take that's close before starting over from scratch. These give the AI much clearer direction on the intent behind a track. Firstly, Songer generates some good material and I use the PRO version. But where I knock down the score is generating Instrumentals always delivers a full melody, sometimes over powering when alI I really want is just a Jam Backing track, not a melody line on top. It seems Songer cannot do this and I did consider upgrading to MAX with stem ability, But there's no info on how many stems are possible or how much one can tell the AI to not generate in the instrumental ie; (Just acoustic guitar, Drums & Bass parts only). I've spent literally months and made hundreds of track instrumentals and not been able to use one due to all the melody lines layed on top despite me saying "NO MELODY" etc. Otherwise, Quality is excellent!
Hi David, Thanks for the honest review, and for sticking with Songer through hundreds of tracks. The quality praise means a lot. Your instrumental point is fair. Generation is probabilistic, so the model can lay a lead melody over the backing even when a prompt asks for none. The good news is you can influence it: clearer commands and better-structured prompts (for example leaning on [acoustic guitar, bass and drums only], [no lead melody]) tend to steer results more reliably than a short instruction alone. We keep prompting tips on our blog that are worth a look for dialing this in. On Max and stems: Worth setting expectations before you decide. The system automatically decides which stems to generate per track, and there isn't yet a way to choose or guarantee specific ones in advance, so results vary from song to song. It isn't something that can be adjusted manually. For a more detailed split, a third-party stem separation tool would take you further. We have passed your instrumental feedback to the team, since cleaner backing-track control is exactly the kind of thing worth improving.

I can create or prompt smoothly and the generator handle the turn over fast without disconnecting or distortion subscriptions are more than reasonable and customers are always delightful with that being said they even take the time to followup to ensure things are resolved as a team. Now the quality of the tracks are great and editing is not always needed . Using their site has really helped me continue my writing journey making it fun hands down.

I’ve been using Songer for a while now. And like so many others, I love it. I went to Pro shortly after trying it out and loved it. Then came Max. Having the chance to view & change lyrics before creating the song is a game changer and truly helps to come up with a clean finished song earlier that before adding the lyrics feature. Having 90% of the song available is also a great plus. The Ai engine does a terrific job with the vocals and harmonies. I’ve been able to create some wonderful songs. Appreciated by many listeners. All that being said when the upgrade to max came out, the ability to extend the song successfully has vanished. The team is aware of it but the problem has gone on for months. And the team has replied to me they are working on it. But it’s been going on for a while now with no progress on the consumer side. Extend was a feature I used extensively. I would like to have it back.
