Songtools is one of the best music promotion services out there, and one I regularly recommend to other artists. My group, "Honor Flow Productions" , has seen a clear boost in engagement since using the platform. It also provides helpful metrics that show where our songs perform best. The UI/UX is another standout. Unlike some services that make you email in to cancel auto-renew, Songtools gives you the option to toggle it on or off by default. Songtools is awesome.
I'm writing to express significant concerns about the performance of Songtools' promotion service. Since engaging their company's services, my Spotify plays had declined dramatically from 183 plays per day to just 82 plays per day over the past week. I was only using SongTools at this time to see if they were better than the last company I used. This represents a 55% decrease rather than the gradual growth I paid for. To verify that the issue was with their service and not my content, I contacted the previous promotion company that uses ads to promote songs to actual people online instead of playlists. Within just 48 hours, my daily plays increased to 353, more than quadruple what I'm currently receiving and nearly double my baseline before using Songtools. This comparison clearly demonstrates that their service failed to deliver any meaningful promotional value. Instead of growth, I've experienced a significant decline while paying for their services. I also noticed that any playlists my song was placed in never stayed in the list for very long. This indicates to me that the placement was just to show that the song was placed and not intended to help me gain listeners. UPDATE 11/5/2025 After my post here on Trustpilot, the performance of my track improved. My campaign ended. The plays for just my track peaked at 222, and after the campaign, they leveled to 189. To protect my numbers, I had gone back to the previous promotion company to launch another track at the same time, I had a great increase in my Spotify follower number. It is currently at 484. So, I think at least for comparisons, although not apples to apples, the improvement to my Spotify account was not due to the campaign for playlist placements with Songtools. It was due to using Ads with another company. Songtoos had some impact in returning the play count to its previous level for my track, but that has to be validated sometime after the campaign.
We have had songs get a lot of responses and I have had some songs get really no response. I think overall, this is a good place to use. I have not had an issue with bot streaming. I will say there are several playlist that appear to have a large number of followers but their playlists dont even show up the in Spotify for Artists account which means there is only one person listening to it or you get 3-4 streams from it. However, I have had some really great playlists that gave us more than 5000 streams.
Like most songwriters, I've been trying to get my releases on legit playlists to increase the streams. Songtools has been amazing, like no other platform. They offer great value for the price of the campaigns, including in terms of time-saving value. I hadn't released music in 3 years, and in just 3 months & a few Songtools & campaigns, my monthly listeners went from 30 to over 3k, thanks to being placed in a total of 77 playlists (currently, for 2 songs) with PlaylisterClub; and SongFly ads have really gotten real traction & exposure on my songs for several other regions & stores (Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon, etc.). Not to mention it's such a simple & intuitive platform; the process to set up a campaign is easy & quick, and at the end of the day, all this saves a lot of time & money trying to get on playlists manually and/or through other services that are supposed to get you results. Songtools *actually* gets you results, with data you can track & monitor. Really encourage others to try it out.
Songtools has been a very nice tool to help me grow my listeners and audience. Some songs have done better than others. Sometimes it could be due to choosing the wrong genre (maybe they need more to choose from), or the playlist curators just don't like some songs as well as others I have pitched. Overall, it takes a lot of the guesswork out of pitching songs to playlists!

I found this platform to be very easy to use. I placed two songs on it and really love the results. It immediately increased my number of listeners, saves and follows. I wasn't sure at first, but it definitely delivers. No bots. Just real listeners that fit my genre. I highly recommend it.
I was skeptical at first because music marketing and promotion has a lot of sketchy or fraudulent actors but these guys are legit. Their customer service is top notch, super professional, and more than happy to help you out. You get your music in front of real listeners and playlisters which is I've ever really wanted and songtools is there for you every step of the way if you need them. I’ve used Songtools’ playlist campaign feature for my past 2 new releases, as well as the two singles I released prior to discovering the integrated service through my distributor. As someone who’s only able to do music as a side project right now, I don’t have time or energy to write personal messages to each playlist curator I’m pitching, only to be rejected by 8 or 9 out of 10. Songtools just makes it easy to set it and forget it — let the curators come to you! And these are legit playlists. The difference in streams before and after is astonishing and I finally feel like I’m getting some traction on these tracks I worked so hard to create. The results truly speak for themselves. I have yet to use them for ad campaigns, but I’m sure I will eventually. Thanks Songtools!!
The campaign seemed to be going well until : 1-Spotify notified me that 40% of the streams were artificial 2- I was charged for a renewell of the campaign one day before it was suppose to renew. It did not give me a chance to stop the renewell, and it cheated me out of one day along with the money they just took. and to make matters worse, the are ignoring my emails.
As a small time musician who came out with an album, this got me added to so many playlists and got me a lot of streams. Excellent value for the money. I marketed the album a lot, but the majority of streams are from the playlists (you can tell this when you log into the streaming platform as an artist).
Great experience, had a technical issue with some of my settings and it was addressed right away. Seeing great results from my campaigns, I plan on continuing to use songtools services.
