I had ordered a valentines card with pop up flowers for Valentine’s Day earlier this year and it’s now October and they never arrived. I had sent several emails to the company and they refused to provide a refund and continued to blame delayed shipping issues as the reason. I highly doubt they were backed up by 8 months. Don’t trust this company. They are based in China so the chances you actually get your money back is slim to none.

I was very happy when I received my Zinnia seeds. I can’t wait to start planting them and watching them fill my garden with beautiful colors. My neighbors are going to love them and so will I. Thank you for letting me share your story with all of my friends and neighbors.
The hat was a good size to shade the face, neck and upper shoulders. The fans seemed sufficient for stirring the air and cooling the face. However, the battery, that was thoroughly charged overnight (for the 1st time), ran out within 10min. of use! That is extremely disappointing! I bought 2 hats, one for husband and one for son. We live in Texas, and I was hoping this hat would do well for my family. I feel like I should not have paid extra for the 2 fans, for them to be nothing more than a decoration on top of the hat!
For the most part, I am very happy with my purchase but I am disappointed that at least 1 bag in each order has some defect and the bags doesn't stay tight

Took a long time for delivery. It arrived without any instructions.

Order the Zinnia sage took a little longer than I thought it was going to be I got them but I got them. I was surprised they weren't in a package that said Zinnia that don't really look like Zinnia seeds, but I'm praying they are. They're in the ground as of yesterday THANK YOU
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered just under $100 worth of items on the 22nd or 23rd of March. Contacted them in early April and again recently and just get an automated email that bounces right back to me saying check back in seven days. Scam!
Absolutely do not order from this company!! it is out of China. It is nothing but sunflower seeds, and who knows what else, that you can pick up at the grocery. It took 2 Months to arrive…. way past planting season, The people that would respond, via email, could barely speak English. Do not buy from this company!! The tracking info is also complete BS. Run!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!
Took my money, but no product I need help in returning my money
This site is a scam. They are using a fake tracking company after they take your money. They will send you an email saying your item has been delivered when it hasn’t and tell you to check with the post office. Tracking number is fake.
waited over a month for seeds that never came. said it was delivered but it was NOT.
I ordered a 3D popup Valentines Day card on January 22 it is now April 4 and still haven't recieved the card. I have contacted the company 2 different times and each time they said. "We checked the tracking information but there were no updates. To make sure you will receive your package ASAP, We are resending your order. Please wait a few more days for the new parcel. We appreciate your understanding and patience. However is never came. so I made a case for a refund to PayPal and they mysteriously produced the tracking which stated it was delivered on March 23 to my mail box through USPS. I get notifications from USPS each time something is coming to or delivered to my mailbox and I never received a notification NOR did I receive the card but since they produced a bogus Tracking number that USPS has no record of then PayPal refuses to investigate it any further. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY nor rely on PayPal to thoroughly investigate a claim!!!! The company total SCAM!

Placed order for 3 pop up cards 1/14/26. last tracking update was 2/11/26 claiming it was in transit in the US with a Wilmington, 19850 zip code. Another frustrating scam supported by web providers and credit card companies. A well executed scam and legitimate looking website like many others on the web. Dispute filed with Credit Card. Probably will take 60-90 days and supporting documentation sent to get a satisfactory resolution and refund. Got me once again.
