WASTING MY TIME AGAIN

I contacted support expecting a quick solution to a simple issue. At first, I thought the delay was normal, so I waited patiently. Ten minutes turned into thirty, then nearly an hour, with no meaningful response. Every time I thought someone was finally going to help, I was left waiting again. When I finally did get a response, it didn't address my problem, and I had to repeat everything from the beginning. By the end, I had wasted a huge amount of time and still had no solution. This was one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've ever had. I expected professional assistance, but instead got poor communication, long delays, and no resolution. I won't be using this service again.

I had my computer hacked and I was able to contact Jack who assisted me with being able to get into my computer again. He worked very hard making sure I got my files back on my computer. Jack was an awesome representative!! I will be a customer for life.

Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional and did not meet my expectations. Communication was poor, and I didn’t receive the support I was promised. The overall process felt unreliable and left me frustrated. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, and I hope they improve their customer service and transparency.

This is quite a scam people should not utilities any service nor give them a chance save yourself.
