I was initially skeptical
I was initially skeptical , but after Austin took care of several complex concerns I'm totally satisfied, in every way. Until later, when my printer wasn't working appropriately, I had to wait longer than a reasonable time and was told it was because it's later at night.24/7 means anytime, any day. I was apologized to, by Kenny, and I accepted but I hope it was only a coincidence and I can expect better in the future.
