It became clear early on that ordering online caused Richard deep discomfort and emotional turbulence, yet he bravely continued the journey. Upon receiving the jacket, he decided he hated it and sent many angry and spiteful emails, declined phone contact and opened a PayPal dispute. We offered Richard a big discount or return the jacket and we will refund him including shipping cost. He could not make up his mind and asked us to decide for him. We advised him this is a choice he needs to make but again he could not decide (if he hated the jacket, he would demand a refund). We ended this stalemate by asking him to return the jacket. After more rude and emotional emails, he returned the jacket but did not wait for our refund and chose to escalate the dispute to a claim with PayPal. It only takes a few Richards taking this action and we would be banned from using PayPal. He treated a straightforward return process like a Shakespearean tragedy. Richard did not get his shipping refund because he took the refund out of our hands and put Soul Revolver at risk. He was constantly rude, angry and very spiteful. If you communicate with people this way, don't be surprised and moan because you did not get the outcome you wanted. Thank you for this comment about the beautiful cut. The leather is meant to be a similar thickness to cowhide as most leather jackets in Italy are very thin at around 0.5mm. Ours is custom skimmed at 0.7- 0.8mm which is the perfect thickness for men. It is comfortable to wear and durable. You prefer the thinner, standard Italian leather which is not something we sell for our men's jackets. To be totally upfront and honest - we do use 0.5mm for our women's range as this works best for our figure hugging and flattering feminine styles. We also do not charge designer prices for our jackets as you will find elsewhere in Italy. With Soul Revolver you will get more leather for less money at a very high standard. The jackets are made in Italy where we source the finest leather from the most reputable tanneries. You requested a return three months after placing your order which is way outside our return policy but we accepted your return anyway. Your order is also from almost a year ago. You mentioned in your email you 'wished to stay on the positive side and wished us all the best' but here you are almost a year later leaving us a two star review.
