I don't often write reviews, but this company deserves one. Our kitchen sink was slow, and hydro-jetting improved the pipes much more than i thought. THe technician was very pleasant, courteous, and responded to all of my questions. The results were wonderful, indeed!

The TECHNICIAN visited the home to do routine AC service. He cleaned and inspected the unit, checked the refrifgerant pressure, electrical connections, and efficiency.
The technician (plumber) was polite and professional.
The technician (plumber) was polite, professional, efficient, came on time, cleaned up after the toilet installation, asked me to check his work, and took away all the boxes and the old toilet.
At around 10:00 pm
At around 10:00 pm, our air conditioner started making a loud buzzing noise, and I was afraid the compressor might have broken down. The tech came to work, checked the indoor and outdoor units, checked the electrical connections, and found that the contactor had an issue! He replaced the part on the spot and ensured it was in proper working order before departing. Quick, informed and extremely courteous.

We noticed our electrical panel was making a very discreet buzzing sound with a few appliances being connected together. We felt that because of the electrical issue, it was somethings that we should not ignore, so we got in touch with southern coast services for an inspection. The electircian was on time and took the time to listen to our problems and check the pannel, breakers, wriing and electrical load. He found a loose connection that was beginning to heat up, and he said it night have been a serious problem If left unchecked. He fixed the connection, tightened and tested the remaining components and using his tools, he checked the pannel before he put everything back in place.

At dinner, our kitchen sink backed up, and nothing we tired would work! The plumber came the next morning and noticed that some grease was accumulating in the line, and it was fixed in no time. He even provided us with some tips on how to avoid it from happening again.

We had running a toilet. It wasn't really that much, but the waster bills were rising. We called Southern Coast services they arrived, and the plumber from Southern Coast service replaced the fill valve and flapper. He also saw that the water lines had a small leak near the shutoff and replaced them before it started leaking. Easy to visit, but somethings I would not have to seen whithout his help. Our next water bill made a huge difference. Appreciated!

I was really skeptical about calling an HVAC company I found online, but southern coast services has so far exceeded my expectations! 100% the tech was on time, no flattery or making me feel stupid when he told me what was wrong with my air handler, just the quoted price recommended!

The technician was on time, performed a really good examination of the entire system, found a little problem that i was not even aware of, and fixed it without any extra charges. They work like they were actually interested in ensuring that my system was running smoothly.

On a Tuesday morning, when my air conditioner stopped cooling, I called Southern Coast. I was worried that they might not entertain me, but they came the same afternoon. The technician came on time, and I was really grateful. He described the capacitor as broken and provided a clear picture of what had gone wrong before he quoted me. The price was reasonable. He rectified it in about half an hour, and my house cooled down again by dinner time.

Three drains in my house were draining super slow, and I kept ignoring it, thinking it would sort itself out. It did not sort itself out. I finally called them, and Johnny ran a camera through the line and showed me exactly where the buildup was sitting. I actually watched the whole process on his screen, which was kind of fascinating. He cleared everything out and told me what I should do to avoid it happening again. Glad I finally made the call.

The water pressure in my guest bathroom…
The water pressure in my guest bathroom was basically non-existent, and it was driving me crazy trying to fix it myself. The plumber found a bunch of sediment in the shut-off valve and replaced it in no time. Now the pressure is actually better than it is in my master bathroom, which is kind of funny. It was a quick fix, and the guy was super honest about what was wrong instead of trying to sell me a whole new pipe system. Really happy with how it turned out.

Every time I attempted to run the dryer and the microwave simultaneously, the main breaker would flip. When I hired an electrician to inspect the panel, he discovered a lot of outdated wiring that was completely dangerous. He stayed until everything was adjusted, and he even labeled the switches so I would know what was what.
