Great packaging and amazing user friendly website. Product came neatly packaged on a pallet with no damage. Shipping could have been a little faster took them three days to get the order out the door and then a week to get here.

The directions with the unit were poor at best! I have called twice to get specific install instructions but was given vague answers! I need to know exactly where the unit is to be placed relative to the finished ceiling- but this seems to be a mystery.
