Great customer service and focus. Staff took their time for the right fit for my project and compatibility with already installed products. Scheduling was great and product was delivered on time. amazing customer service. spoke with Winston in my first call.. he was knowledgeable about his equipment. provided a quote asap. took the correct order and delivery was as expected. 2nd call spoke with destiny and she was fantastic as well. provided a quote via email immediately. both conversations were professional, excellent manners and phone interaction. price was great as well.
The shipment did not arrive on time. 3 days later than told. Sat around waiting for delivery only to find just the condensers were sent with no indoor units. Set job back 1 week and now consumed 2 days waiting around for delivery. Now customer has to wait and reschedule after already rescheduling once already because package wasn't delivered on original deluxe date
The absolute best customer service experience. Chat was supportive and so kind. Answering all my questions…without delay. This support was top notch. The units are GREAT! Nice and cold like we wanted. I’ve already referred other people to Southminisplits!!!! Give them a try. You won’t regret it!!!
Lowest price for the Cooper & Hunter MIA Series 6000 BTU mini split with 16ft Installation Kit, R410A no tax, free shipping, delivered to my driveway in 2 days, that's incredible. The packaging was in excellent condition, looks like it was well taken care of during transit from Texas to Alabama using Southeastern Freight Line. I haven't use any of South Mini Split website resources but it appears to be a well managed company. I will be installing another of the same unit soon and will definitely use South Mini Split again.
