Long time customer 😁
I've been using spacer and their predecessor where I park for about 7 years in 6 month tranches when I'm traveling. I have found them to be helpful and professional throughout my experience most certainly Carmen at customer service and more generally the people at customer service that I have had to deal with over this number of years have been great.

We used WhereIPark to safely park for the last 2 years. Mu husband and I live in an apartment that only offers one dedicated spot even though we live in a 2 bedroom. I did research and was lucky to find that WhereIpark had options just a couple blocks away! He and I have opposite work schedules so we mainly stored our 2nd car in the WhereIPark space. It was easy to use, clean, reasonably priced and convenient. Additionally, my communication with their customer service team was superb. They always answer promptly, with compassion and kindness. We recently loaned our 2nd car to a family member after a family emergency. After a month of leaving the space empty, we decided to let it go. Marie responded immediately to my cancellation request and handled everything with such care and understanding. We are grateful for the service we received. If we ever need a parking spot again, we will definitely contact WhereIPark first. Thank you so much!!!

I have been using the parking space for over a year now. Spacer made it easy and convenient to search for parking alternatives that met all of my requirements (e.g., indoor, secure, heated, walking distance from home, etc.) and my budget. Once connected, the local operator gets you setup and takes care of any parking or billing issues.

Carmen was very helpful today in helping me get my listing perfect , she took the time to go over every question I had and what changes needed to be made so I could move forward in renting my parking spaces . She is a valuable asset to your company and she does her job very well. There should be more employees like her in other company’s cause sometimes it’s just hard to find good help or the right help . Carmen exceeded my expectations today and should be praised for it . Hence why I asked her if there was a way for me to do a review for her today on her performance. I used this service for long-term parking and it ended with my car being ticked and towed. The spacer customer service team (Maria) was completely unhelpful and I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars for their inconvenience. I tried following up directly to the contact information for that spot they gave me but he completely ghosted me after I parked there. 0/5 stars would never use or recommend to anyone
