Came through when needed
Overall, I was very happy with my experience with WhereiPark. The rate was competitive, the location was super convenient and I got great service from Marie when I sold the car and needed to terminate the agreement after just a few weeks.
There were some technical challenges getting set up, and I appreciated the help from Mike at the hotel, completing my registration & gaining immediate approval to park. Overall, I readily recommend

My daughter used a Spacer parking garage in Pittsburgh for 10 months during her senior year at Pitt. The garage employees were extremely friendly to her and were almost protective looking over her and her car. It was convenient and she was even given a resident student discount. The employees were sad when she told them she was graduating and would not be back. After my daughter moved out, they autocharged our credit card. I immediately emailed their office and was promptly issued a refund. Honest company, great service and fair price. Highly recommend!

They've fixed it for me

After posting to Trustpilot, I got a phone call from Riva who followed up on my experience and issued refunds to me. I appreciate that Spacer.com took immediate action to rectify the issue.

Original (5/15/2026):
Avoid this website at all costs. It is always better to directly book your spot with the owner of the parking lot. I booked a spot via Spacer and in 2025 the parking lot's management changed. Even though Spacer didn't have the authorization to rent the parking spot from the new management, they continued to charge me, without notifying me of the change, until one day my car got towed. I called Spacer's customer service (agent name Marie; ref# 262552) and they refused to admit any faults on their part. In addition, they also didn't return my security deposit. Overall, extremely dubious business practice and terrible customer service.
