It asked me to rate my level of service. I am confused. did i get any? hardly even had access to what i paid for, then the server wiped my world after i finally got back in. TRASH IS TRASH

Honestly I’m loving Sparkhost, it’s simple, reliable, and affordable. And especially with there support center. One of their technicians helped me with a server I was having issues with and solved a problem I had with the server that took me days within minutes! (Ticket No. 912978 Esteban M. As proof) I highly recommend sparkhost for game server hosting.
Insane Downtime
I've been really annoyed because for the past 3 days, my GMOD server is showing its online, but nobody is even able to connect including me. I reached out to support, and while they were polite and somewhat responsive, this issue keeps happening. I've never had this kind of problem before and It's seriously disrupting my players experience and causing them to leave. I plan I'm going to switch hosting providers.
