I got a plan that ended up being below what I really needed in terms of server power. I requested a refund - Less than 5 hours later, they gave me a full refund on the service. Amazing customer service, and their server hosting is also decent.
Medical issue and still they heartless
Emailed them the payment be late and will be paid the very next friday cause i was in the hospital getting a amputation! Needed my service so i could play my realm and stay semi occupied but nope service suspended and multiple days no service and send a ticket and get jack! Sent higher up. 2nd day still nothing! I know businesses have to make money but i didnt hide i informed them and did everything so they knew and got shit on! Still waiting and cant sleep wanting to play but heartless company still hasnt even responded!

One word: exceptionally awesome. This will be my last hosting service that I will ever approach in my entire life no matter what I need servers for, whether it be website, minecraft, or anything. I absolutely love how they don't cheap out on the CPUs and SSDs and make sure you feel like you're using a premium service. Thank you sparked host, I absolutely love everyone who works at sparked host because of the great work that they're giving to the clients & their dedication to not make you feel just a client but rather an important part of them. Support is nice & fast too! I just blinked and then suddenly I saw a reply to my support ticket, they could never compare to other big platforms support systems AT ALL, they do a really awesome job at keeping the clients feel like not just a client! Once again, thank you sparked host for existing, and if you're ever considering hosting a server, this is the best choice. Period. Don't search for another one, I felt like I just dug straight gold. And I really pray & hope that sparked will not change in a bad way because you guys at sparked host are really awesome, I will forever salute you and I will forever owe you people a huge debt to my life because of how easier you guys made my life. Stubornly Unforgiving
For several years they provided a good VPN. After auto pay stops working, I got into a bad habit of paying late. This is my fault. After one of the late payments they decided they were sick of being paid late and refused to turn the VPN back on. It is their right to make such a decision. They stubbornly stuck with the decision, rejecting an offer to pay for a year in advance. The loss of the VPN is devastating to my company

Hello, We do not offer VPNs on our site. We give you 15 days after the due date to pay your invoice, and after that, your service is terminated. After your service is terminated, we cannot recover the files that were on it.

Not a fan. They sell underpowered boxes that can't actually run the games they advertise.
Not a fan. I ordered satisfactory "budget" server, for myself and one other friend. we barely had anything built on the map. The game would stutter and lag anyway, cpu always showed 30-40%+/400 (so game thread was constantly pegged on one core). Switched from them to another host that was price parity, but advertised the specific cpu models, and now no more issues. Panel on the new one shows 14%/400% (so the game thread isn't even pegging at all) for the exact same save game. After I moved my game to the new host, I asked sparkedhost for a refund, and they offered to move my server to another box with a better cpu, or to give me a partial credit that I can still use only at sparkhost at a different server. So basically they said no, we're keeping your money, even though you only used the server for 3 days and now would like a refund. Here’s what I received from them word for word. Which would have been fine if the product worked and I was simply regretting a purchase, but I wasn’t. The product didn’t work, and I went to another provider: “ If you prefer, you can switch your plan to an Enterprise tier with better hardware specifications, or we can issue a prorated credit refund, which you can use to purchase another service. Kind regards,” Basically a scam where they sell you an underpowered box and then when it doesn’t work or have issues they upsell you on something else.
