What people say
Great customer service
Great customer service. Have been buying from Spellbound for a few years. Had to make a couple of returns, easy & fair. Wish the free shipping minimum was a bit lower.
Reliable for fast delivery
Reliable for fast delivery. Too bad that my favorite item has discontinued. I tried to get something similar, but it was hard. Also, it would be nice if there is a color chart that can compare colors between different brands. The colors on the website can vary depending on the computer setup. With my new choice, I ended up with a darker color.

I’m so sorry to hear that your go-to was discontinued, I know how frustrating that can be! Sadly we don’t have any control over those decisions. Colors can absolutely be very tricky online, feel free to reach out to us anytime via the website chat if you need help with colors. We are happy to provide customized help to you! Thank you for shopping with us! 💜

Belle Tress Dolce & Dolce 18 in the color Cola with Cherry is simply beautiful right out of the box. A person could use product or a clip to keep the side layers from falling in one's face when looking down. Its such an elegant style. Just enough wave to be flattering around one's face but not too complicated when the fibers will need a heat treatment.
