Great service! Super fast delivery & beautifully packaged. Love this company & will most definitely be buying from them again.
We are happy to hear about your experience, thank you so much for sharing! ❤️
I had a great experience. I’m new to wig wearing and spellbound wigs has great pricing and a reasonable return policy. It is hard to match color/style in the beginning. I appreciate the flexibility with returns so you can find the right wig for you.
It sure can be a learning process, but we are always here to help! Thank you so much for shopping with us! 💕
I have been ordering from this company for a few years now. They are amazing! The order comes quick and customer service is excellent.
We do love quick shipping and we pour our hearts into taking care of our clients. Thank you so much for the sweet words, it's very much appreciated! ❤️
I bought this new Mellow wig off a Facebook live sale of this company. Sheri is great about showing us the wig, cap construction and thoughts about fit and feel of the fibers. It was shipped right away and arrived in perfect condition wrapped thoughtfully in tissue paper.
Mellow is perfection! Thank you for always being present in our circle, I'm very grateful for you! 💜
Thank you so much for shopping with us! We appreciate your business so much! 💕
Just the way we like it! Thank you! 😁
I ordered a Belle Tress wig on clearance at Spellbound; it arrived relatively quickly and was in perfect condition and exactly as described and pictured on their website. When shopping online for wigs it's important to know if the seller is trustworthy and Spellbound is definitely in the circle of trust!
Thank you so much for your trust! We promise to always take care of you. 💜
Great shopping experience. Spellbound never fails to provide quality service and hair.
Thank you so very much for the kind words! We love to hear this. 💕
I recently purchased a wig from Spellbound Wigs, and the experience was honestly far better than I expected. Their team truly understands what women go through when dealing with hair loss—there was no judgment, no pressure, just genuine support. They patiently explained the different wig types, cap constructions, and how to care for them, which made me feel much more confident in my choice. What I loved: The staff is extremely warm and knowledgeable. They let me try multiple styles without rushing me. The quality of the wigs is impressive—lightweight, natural-looking, and comfortable for all-day wear. Their customer service genuinely feels personal, not sales-driven. What could be improved: Some of the premium pieces are quite expensive, which might be tough for first-time buyers. The collection is beautiful but I wish they had more color-variety in certain styles. Overall, Spellbound Wigs really lives up to their mission of helping women feel beautiful and confident. I walked out feeling like myself again, and that means everything. Highly recommended.
Thank you so very much for your thoughtful reply! We appreciate your feedback. I'm very glad to hear that you felt understood and that it was a pressure free environment. That is so important to us in the store. Human hair is expensive but we do offer products at a variety of price points to meet the needs of all of our clients. We do put a lot of consideration into the variety that we carry in store but we only have so much room. We have over 100,000 different style and color combinations available online, but we can't fit that much into our storefront so we focus on variety of both color and style. I'm glad we were able to find you a piece that made you feel beautiful and confident, that is amazing to hear and is always our goal. Thank you so much for shopping with us! 💕.
I wasn't too impressed with Spellbound Wigs LLC . the quality didn't meet my expectations and it felt a bit overpriced. Probably wont order again.
Hello Tyler! I'm not able to find you in our system and I don't see any orders or customer records under your name. I'm not sure if it was us you ordered from. If your order was under a different name or if you'd like to share more details about your experience, please reach out to us at [email protected], we would love to hear more and we would be happy to investigate and see what we can do to help! I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed, we don't ever want our clients to be unhappy with their purchases and your experience is not consistent with what we deliver here at Spellbound Wigs.

I always go through Spellbound Wigs when I order a wig online. They are always so responsive in answering any questions I might have and as long as I order an in-stock wig, the shipping is super fast. If I pick a wig that is not in stock, they always contact me to give me my options if I am in a hurry. I so appreciate all the support I have received and will continue to buy my wigs here. ~ Thank you 💙

Thank you so much for your trust and your sweet words and your business. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
I was surprised at how shiny this topper is and am looking into ways to reduce the shine to make it look more natural. Took awhile to get here, but that is okay. I wish the company would provide a hair clip for the front as this topper does not come with one. For those of us who have hair in front, this would be useful.
Hi Margaret, thank you for your feedback. Traditional synthetics, especially blondes, can have a little bit of sheen straight out of the box. This is absolutely normal and not a concern. A little dry shampoo will fix that and it will also dull after a few washes. If you prefer less shiny fiber straight out of the box, we recommend you consider heat friendly fibers next time. We do include photos on the website of the topper bases that show where the clips are located for your reference, and you can always move or add additional clips on any topper very easily to suit your individual preferences. ❤️
Aww you are too sweet! ❤️❤️❤️
