SpinPals Casino

48 hour redemption good packs

Spinpal's is redemption was less than 48 hours, and they offered some good promo packs for an advantage in winning a redeemable balance. I was able to make some money and have fun!

They are one of the best social casinos, never had any issues with them.

Decent site with tons of games but I have a pending redemption sitting in their que over 2 weeks. Its not a huge amount $150 so I dont know why the delay. Some of these sites its a hit or miss in terms of them paying out within a couple of days or a couple of weeks it seems. Im just hoping they pay my winnings.

I like Spinpals

I like Spinpals. It usually takes less than a day to redeem and vip isn’t too hard to level up there either

Waiting since 7/3 for redemption of a small amount they won't process it can just keep telling me to wait. Scam site, stay away!

My Choice in slots

The choice in slots is amazing and the gifts on the socials are a good way to try your luck

Stay away!

Redemptions take an entire month. Then they started charging me more than 1to 1 for SC’s. This is after straight losses from 3 purchases so it’s not like I was crazily winning.

Easy to set up and verify game selection is great

Five stars for Sam Foster three stars for customer service on the platform

I have played on pretty much every platform and this is my favorite one, especially when you have a VIP host like Sam Foster. And the reason for three stars is because of the customer service on their platform until you get a VIP host like Sam don’t even bother nothing will be resolved. Thank you Sam for being so helpful when no one else has been! They do pay right away that’s another good thing about this platform. You don’t have to wait for your money to hit your bank in two seconds customer service and the games not hitting that much would be my only complaints. Be careful on those hot games are not always so hot.🙃 I know I speak for everyone when we say we appreciate you, Sam maybe the rest of them could take a class from you on how to treat customers especially ones that play and spend.

I love this platform

I love this platform. I win often and the payout is pretty fast.

SPINPALS GO TRY IT

All the great games and easy site and the awesome discounts

Shady Practices

Spinpals used to be one of my favorite social casinos, but they way they are handling redemptions now is fishy. I put in a redemption for about $100 on July 8, and it is still pending. I see other people having been having problems as well recently. I would have agreed with the high ratings they have just a month ago, but I am definitely suspicious of them now.

Good promotions

I had alot of fun amd I referred SpinPals to friends a.d family. My daughter is playing right now.

In the social casino circle that referrals often end up "untracked"

It's pretty common in the social casino circle that referrals often end up "untracked" usually not a big deal reach out to support and the quickly correct the issue. I recently had such an experience with Spinpals but once I reached out to support they were less than helpful and the ai chatbot provided more useful support. So I would stay away from any social that's under this umbrella Spinpals, Parlayplay, or Clash5
