I redeem just a little $109 worth and it took over a month to approve it it’s was under a review . And then after that hassle I tried to redeem again $500, and it’s been almost a week and still have got nothing . Please don’t ever use this app save your money , because you may never get your money when you redeem. This app is straight garbage save your time there are plenty of better ones .

SpinPals banned my account and claimed it was in violation of TOS. I haven’t violated any TOS. I went from making regular purchases every week to only collecting the daily bonus for the past 2 weeks. That is the only change. I guess in less than a month I was viewed as unprofitable and banned without any actual explanation other than vague TOS violation and no recourse for getting my account back.
