Must request refund before 60 days!!
This course didn’t work for my Maltese who is not a big sniffer..couldn’t progess lessons when you want or are ready. Also, days and days you are encouraged to take your time and practice. No mention the course and refund needed to be finished and requested in 60 days. Plus LOTS of upsaleing. Not happy at all! Beware. After complaining and requesting again I was refunded my $49…hopefully the program will work for you and you won’t need a refund!

Hi Marla, I think there was some misunderstanding. The course has lifetime access, it doesn't need to be completed within 60 days at all! Many of our students like to come back later and revisit. We processed your refund as you requested. And yes, we definitely like to encourage our students to take their time to practice! That's how our dogs improve, by patiently practicing :)
I was desperate with my new rescue who…
I was desperate with my new rescue who was in 24/7 flight/flight fear mode from trauma. I have trained other challenging dogs before but none with this level of trauma/fear to everything that moves or changes. This program has been amazing....no my dog is not fully trained to be calm yet...but i have made significant progress by working the training program and so has my dog. SpiritDog does an amazing job of knowing just how to train us humans to be better trainers....like often asking if you are making any of these common mistakes...and of course I was! I am so thankful for this resource and know we will make progress most every day...and that is hopeful!

Just what we needed during a stressful teething phase!
Wonderfully laid out, friendly and in-depth. This course is a great remedy to feelings of overwhelm and insecurity about your training. Positive dog training is worth it and this course emphasises that in every lesson :)

5 stars are really not enough for this program!
Honestly, I was hesitant to purchase an online training program for my dog. She had already had a ton of training from the basics to agility to rally-o to service dog training. She was a highly trained dog, but she didn't act like it. She had developed the habit of aggressively barking and lunging at pretty much all other dogs, people and even children. We live in the city and it became super stressful to take her for walks. For $49 bucks I figured it was worth the risk and I'm so glad I took the chance. Like all dog training, it's less for dogs than their people. In the first few days of watching the brief, clear, well done videos, I started to understand the problem: stressors were stacking up for her and freaking her out. On top of that I started to really understand her breed and why she was prone to this behavior. I used the techniques in the class and within 2 months of consistently working with her, she has not had any reactive outbursts for a couple of weeks now. In fact she has started to greet other dogs on the street and play with them. This is a MIRACLE! Steffi's technique truly works! Also, even though the Reactivity course is just $49 dollars, you can email her and she really does get back to you with personalized, caring guidance - she was writing me faster than I could get back to her. I can honestly say that I still have not even watched all the videos, but my problem is solved - and if it comes back I really feel confident in knowing what to do. My relationship with my dog is soooo much better now and I love taking her with me on errands again. If you're dealing with a reactive dog, don't give up. I highly recommend this course and this dog training team.

SpiritDog’s courses are super clear, practical, and detailed. My anxious dog is already calmer, and our bond is stronger than ever. Totally worth every penny—would recommend to anyone needing real results without the overwhelm!

International currency rates for course
I haven't even bought the program or used it, this review is based on purchase price, I do plan to buy however everyone outside the USA (including Australia where I live) should know that the price is US dollars and does not convert to your country of origin online at all so in Aus $149 for the Rescue Dog Bundle is $239.17 which will make it a bit out of reach for some along with the other weekly/monthly dog expenses

Spirit dog training is the best…
Spirit dog training is the best training plan I have ever purchased. I have spent several hundreds of dollars on plan that ended up not helping. Spirit dog describes in details what is happening in the dogs minds rationalizing why we train a certain way and not another. The write ups and videos are excellent. The steps by steps provide you with a solid tool box to help you get a dog that thinks you are the best thing in his whole while world while building a solid listening relationship.

Simply put, SpiritDog Training is wonderful
SpiritDog Training is an exceptionally supportive and well-crafted program. Our puppy is coming along beautifully with the lessons, and so am I :-) (probably it's most important to train *me* so I can train our pup!) The videos are super clear and Steffi and her staff are incredibly (and quickly) responsive to comments, questions, and emails. I bought the puppy program first and was so impressed with it that I bought the whole set of SpiritDog courses. Best investment I've made for our dog. Thank you SpiritDog!

The Ultimate Puppy Program
We are getting a new puppy. It's been a fantastic 12+ years since the last time we had a puppy in the house, so I am taking the Ultimate Puppy Program as a refresher. I am currently half-way through the class, and I am being reminded of some of things I had forgotten and learning a lot of new tips/tricks/rules. I would 100% recommended if you are adding a new puppy to the family.

The training has helped my dog with his reactiveness. While we are still working on some issues there has been some definite improvement. I appreciate the detailed and helpful information in the course.
Comprehensive programs, easy and to the point
I tried different trainers before. I love Spiritdogtraining because they have very complete programs and so easy to follow! Their training videos are short, to the point and are covering all I need to know as a dog owner. They also have very personalized interactions when you are doing your online training and a wonderful support as well.
Site doesn’t work
Site doesn’t work. Very glitchy. You learn nothing that actually helps. Very big waste of money. Run Replying to the business you can not compete lessons if you can not get passed the 2nd quiz even with 100% of correct answers. So still stand by our review. Screenshots were sent.

There is a navigation menu on the left side of the screen that lets you access all lessons (in whichever order you choose). Detail oriented and fully…
Most detail oriented and fully comprehensive course I have ever participated in, with my dog. The trainers are very responsive to questions and can quickly provide adaptive solutions to you and your pet’s needs. Highly recommend to new and well versed dog owners.

Knowing the methodology is key
If you want to do something and have it stick for you and your dog, Spirit Dog Training is the place. They explained the reason behind their methodology. So important for the human to understand why the training works. Without taking the time to understand the science aka “fluff” you will do a disservice to you and your dog. There is no quick fix. Time and effort is needed. And the more you know the better you will feel when you or your dog or both are having off days. Stick to the program. Take the time. See how it can change the relationship you have with your dog. Be kind to yourself and your furry friend.

Disappointing
Having worked with competitive obedience dogs for years, I was disappointed in this SpiritDog course. It didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, although it was a different technique. It did reinforce the concept of management and positive behavior modification. The course was well organized and may be beneficial to average pet owners.
