Support was so reassuring after a disrespectful session with a client. Rose really took care of my spirit after I reached out to her due to a client becoming argumentative with me during a session. Disrespectful, yelling and verbal abuse is not tolerated. WE are advisors here to guide you and tell you the truth. Not here to tell you fluff and feed your fantasies. I can understand when a client hears something they are unhappy with and gets upset, but I Wont tolerate being yelled at and talked over. I am here to guide and be a support system for you through your life path. Rose was very supportive and helped me see the light in the situation and calmed my spirits after a difficult client. I wasn't able to type on mobile app and was disconnected with psychic twice. Money wasted but I contacted Customer service and spoke to Rea. She was quick and assisted with my issue. I was refunded in less than 5 mins and see it on my account. First time customer service was quick, easy, and understanding. First time customer and already feel the trust.

As an advisor for nearly a year they do not look after the advisors, no communication. Worse customer service, simply all about the money. DO not have the ability to fix technical issues, site is clunky and unable to help if you have problems.
