When I select a category ( drum loops) a lot of options other than drum loops show up. Which takes me longer to find the sounds that I want.

very good service. horribly overpriced and predatory subscription model. there is absolutely no reason I should lose my credits if I cancel my subscription. that is genuinely just the most ridiculous bullshit.

I love it
I love it; it literally sped up my processes by about 40% or 50%. For example, if I need sound effects, I no longer have to go to YouTube; everything is there, and much more varied.
Has everything a producer needs

Splice has great sounds
Splice has great sounds, audio clips, loops, and features. I'm a budding producer, and I find really cool stuff at Splice for use in my audio projects. If you haven't tried their Stacks, I highly recommend trying those out for inspiration. And hey, even if you're not a producer, you could still have great fun with Stacks, they are so simple and easy to use! I don't have time to write a thorough review for Splice today, but I wanted to chime in and say how much I do love Splice!

What made it great is that you get access to many samples for an affordable price
Everything you need to kickstart a great track
I used Splice for a while and found it to be one of the main features of my music production! Inspiration from layering sounds was amazing! So many combinations and you can save them to kickstart any idea!Subscription is totally cheap for what you get in Splice with very high quality samples! It honestly is the business!
Subscription model
I'm frustrated with having to spend 12+$ even when I only need one sample, and they give you an absurd amount of download credits most of which you will never use...just for them to expire when you stop paying. The only positives this subscription model has is you can still download sounds you saved and there is a lot of variety.
