I feel better after taking 2tblspns a day for 2 weeks. I wanted to jump start my system. With this new bottle I think I'll go to 1 tblspn a day for 30 days. I am obsessed with the liquid Collagen. The Mango and Pineapple flavors are delicious and I definitely see results.
