You offer 20% discount but theres a catch to it. Only if you sign up for autofill which is not transparent. It becomes obvious only after you have placed your order. I like the product so far but not the entrapment of doing business with your company that is like all other companies that are enticing you to spend more money. Im not able to commit to autofill because i live on a budget. I want to be in control of how often i purchase a product. Im hoping my order was cancelled. It shows it was canceled. Sad to say we live in a greety world where companies are only interested in trapping people into spending money and with autofill causing issues if a cancelation is overlooked by either the customer or seller.

Product seems to work on my skin. Pineapple flavor liquid was fine. Mango was not good.

This company is horrible!!!! Especially when it comes to the customer service and products! They don't work at all and with customer service they are even worse. They never never return emails and or respond with a service call. I only get automatic responses from both. I would never recommend this company to anyone professional or personally.

Since my review on SpoiledChild is not up on their site, I thought I would give transparency on my experience. This is for the pineapple flavored liquid collagen. The order comes with automatic renewal every month. The recommendation in the bottle is 1-2 TBSP a day for best result. 3 weeks into taking this product, I run out… why would the instructions state 2 TBSP daily if it only lasts 3 weeks and you have to wait another week for shipment. Why would this not be included with instructions so I could determine how much to take with my order? I wrote customer service and this was their reply:
“Our E27 Extra Strength Liquid Collagen has about 30 servings per bottle, and each serving is one tablespoon (standard). This means it may last a little less than a given month.
Moreover, our E27 Extra Strength Liquid Collagen is 450 ml, and has about 30 servings. A single serving is 1 tablespoon, but we do recommend taking 1-2 tablespoons daily for best results!”
I desire transparency and it appears 1 TBSP may make it 30 days…. The directions need to be changed.

Ridiculously difficult ordering experience...don't waste your time
This was the most miserable online experience I have ever had. The auto push to upsell crap I didn't want was WAAAYYY overboard and nauseatingly oppressive in nature. I ordered your product as a gift for my wife but based on your online sales strategy, I will never order again, no matter how well the product may work

I am on my third bottle (two tablespoons per day) and my face appears to be clearer. The splotchiness is almost gone! I am starting to feel a bit trimmer too.
Of course the taste keeps me going back to the website to buy more!

taste like Enfamil but goes down Smooth enough. if you add to smoothie or any beverage allow it to dissolve first. I use cold water and it comes off as being tacky at first then a couple minutes later it's clear. overall I will purchase it again. i don't know if it's working but 9g of protein and hope, you never know.

I haven’t used the product enough to notice any differences. I usually use vital proteins collagen peptides and I like how it’s mostly tasteless. I bought the pineapple flavor for Spoiled Child. I liked how it came with its own shot glass and how it was packaged. The flavor is gross however. It is very syrupy and sickly sweet. If you’re someone that doesn’t eat/drink a lot of sugar like I do I would avoid this product.
