It was great that you had the parts I needed. Shipping was quick. The only thing I wish I would have gotten was the retaining nut for the spray nozzle. It didn't come with the part I ordered. Keep carrying the parts and I'll keep coming back.

They charge 4 times for 1 purchase
I made the payment from Chile and it took 10 days for the purchase to be accepted; the charge was processed on the first day. After 10 days, they used my card to make four additional charges of $312 each and still haven't responded.

Hello, I have cancelled your entire order, we tried several times to get your credit card to work and it keep declining it. I will get what shipped returned and you will get a full credit. We tried to get your card to go through 4 times, you never get charged for any thing until your order ships, in the US we allocate funds to make sure they are there when the product ships, you might want to clarify with your bank that we DID NOT use your card 4 times, that is NOT correct!!

We are very sorry to hear about the delay with your order, your order was placed on July 2nd, we were closed for the Independence Day Holiday July 3rd, so this was shipped on the next business day, Monday July 6th. You did select USPS Priority which is about a 5-6 business day shipment from Indiana to Idaho. If you have not received your shipment by the end of day July 14th, please reach out for a replacement/refund.
