The package has been delivered very secured with multiple layers of cardboard and foam, but the quality of the printed sign was not the best. The print had computer noise all over that it had a gritty look up close which my original digital file did not have with 300dpi. The customer service was fine; fast and polite, not sending emails to spam.

Poorly packaged...
I ordered a test print just to see how it would look and thought it was a great print so I ordered 3 more prints. They arrived individually wrapped and looked great so ordered 3 more thinking this might be the place to get good quality prints. The last 3 prints that came were not individually wrapped and were scuffed from rubbing against each other during shipping. I lost money on the sales and had to keep the prints. I like the quality but the packing quality could've been better. Not sure I want to risk another order getting messed up.
⭐ 1 Star
⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed This was my first time buying a perforated sign, and unfortunately the quality was very poor. The material is too thin and tears very easily during installation. We tried to install it carefully, but it still ripped apart. The actual printed colors are also faded and look noticeably different from what was expected. Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the material quality and the print quality. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Poorly delivered first order
First, I ordered TWO flags and only rec'd ONE. Second, where the two grommets are there is suppose to be hole in which I can attach the flag to the flag pole. There is NO HOLE in the fabric... it is SOLID and cannot place the flag onto a hook onto a flag pole. It is useless without holes, I cannot use even the 1 flag that did ship to me.

Good sign, fast shipping, but not what was expected
The sign turned out really great, except for one thing. I had asked for clarification and verification that the lettering would be metallic gold and not just printed on acrylic. However, the sign we received was printed on acrylic and not metallic gold.
