Product came in nearly 2’ shorter than what I ordered. Then I’m basically told by customer service “oh well” and now I’m stuck with really small logos that I cannot use because it will A. Look stupid and B. It’s not what I ordered. Who in the world would pay all this extra money for blank, empty space when they choose a size? Cannot begin to explain how awful this is and how screwed over I’ve been by this company. Do not buy from them because if there is an issue, they’ll just gaslight you to make it your fault. Waste of money.
While the first banner that was printed and shipped had major issues that were missed by the production team, working with customer support representative Lucy was such a breath of fresh air! She made sure that the product was reprinted correctly and shipped to us in time to meet our original deadline.

The design process was easy! I designed my sign in Canva and uploaded it easily. After my order, the seller contacted me because I had not selected that I wanted holes drilled in my sign, but I needed them based on how I was hanging the sign. I was so grateful they did this. Customer service was fabulous. The production and shipping was fast and the signs were FANTASTIC!!! I am so happy with them!

I asked them to print large size photos from pictures taken by my iphone. The house in those pictures is our fond (and sad) memory which that got burned down. When I received those printed photos, we were really amazed how clear the pictures were even with such large enlagement. Their communication was courteous and clear and the performance is outstanding.
