I just purchased credits for SWTOR

I just purchased credits for SWTOR. Then get told oh we sorry our servers are down and it may take days to fulfill. Now I will admit they did offer a refund, but if servers are down why are you still taking orders? I mean no warning "Hey servers are down it might be a bit". Now choice is stick with it and get credits in a few days or refund and get money back in a few days.

The wait wasn't expected

The wait. I realize WOW Classic isn't as popular as it used to be but it took over a month to receive my order. If you don't have the product on hand, you probably shouldn't be selling it. Just my opinion. I did finally receive the gold I ordered but I wouldn't have purchased if I'd known.

Market Board Affects Purchased Amount

I purchased gold and I was assuming if I did the market board method it would make my purchase easier, but then I realized market board fees would affect my total, and I only got 38 million. I asked who sold me the gold if there was a way for me to get the extra 2 mil I paid for, their answer was “that’s with the market board” which is fine if that’s the case but I was never informed that before or during my purchase. Only after, if I knew that was the case I would have had my gil mailed for my full amount.

First time buying gold since I’ve started in 2008. I’ve always been skeptical! ALWAYS! Coming back to Classic WoW for the second time I just couldn’t find the time to bring again so I caved in on the gold. Almost all the sites brought me to SSE and I have it a shot. The reason for 4/5 stars is the delivery wasn’t 10-30 minutes. Approximately 3-4 hours but it’s no big deal. I was so worried about getting scammed but now I can honestly breathe easy and look forward to future purchases. If you decided to buy gold, this is the place!

More communiction about the order process

If you can add a bit more communication about the process of the Order, eg. its been nearly a week since i placed the order and the only notification was the one to let me know invoice had been paid. I logged on to your website to check the process of the Order twice over the week period

My only complaint is that face to face trades done in a personal stronghold are both faster to do, and harder for BioWare to track.

overall pretty good, I would suggest you make it more clear how long it will take, was under the assumption that it would only take an hour or 2, not almost 48 hours! maybe i missed it in the despriition, but if so my bad...just assumed you'd have gold on hand at all times. but again overall, good experience, even quick custormer support when i asked about my order....

Friendly service but it was slow. It took around 18 hours to get my gold and that's just very slow. I will definitely buy again but suggest they say if they have it in stock or not before we order.

One star for delivery on 300g that I still haven’t received in days, and on suck a small order is a red flag. I gave a 2 only because support does actually communicate with you back. 2.5 days now and in counting.

Didn’t like the fact the gold was late. No advices on if the server had gold or not. A bit slower on delivery versus other site. 3 day later for a purchase is to long

You need patience

for only 100 gold i've been waiting 2 days now other sites do it in 5 minutes. either it was a scam or they work very very very slowly. By the way, someone writes to you in whatsapp if you have ordered gold and should do it through him next time or his code well.. Update: they gave me a refund quickly
