Received the half through the AH as requested, then the second half was forgotten and sent the next day but by in game mail, which is not acceptable, i requested through AH for security reasons toward blizzard, and you are compromising this security by sending by email. Not the first time it happens. Other than that, golds received very fast and reactive customer service. just please respect the channel through which it has been requested for delivery.

FFXIV - Extra Risky Sometimes
I've used SSE a multitude of times and it's always been seamless and really quick/easy. However, the last two times, they have attempted to deliver my gold in incorrect methods. I request FC Chest drops yet they will invite me to party and send me a tell to "come for trade" leaving extra trails in game to be caught. I'm forced to reply in game "FC Chest" which makes it that much more obvious. They need to be sure whoever is fulfilling the orders reads the directions. Two stars for speed, but not 5 stars because of the extra risk.
