My daughter is petite and the problem with most dresses is they are too long. We heard from a friend that Stacee’s allowed you to customize the sizing on dresses so you can get a perfect fit. This was the option we went with the dress was beautiful and it fit her perfectly. I would totally recommend Stacee’s for the huge selection of dresses, but also for the ability to get the perfect fit for whatever occasion the dress is needed. The pricing was amazing and the shipping was really fast. I have no complaints whatsoever. The process the selection, the customization and the delivery is all flawless.

I have purchased 2 dresses from Stacees for my daughter.The first one we measured her and sent the measurements in and the dress fit like a glove. The customer service person I was in contact with was very responsive. The second dress we didn't pre measure but was so beautiful and my daughter received so many compliments on it! I ordered a dress in a size 4. I immediately got an email asking for my measurements to confirm I ordered the right size. The dress showed up and did not fit in the bust or the length. When I requested a refund and return the company kept telling me how much it would cost to pay for the return fees that were not mentioned in the return policy or process on their website. Then repeatedly asked if I would like a new dress for $40. Not sure why I would pay more money for another dress when the dress I paid for was already $100 is not getting refunded. The quality for the dress is also not great.

They made my dress the wrong size and I have been fighting with them for days to get a refund/return. They are sending me back new messages everyday offering for me to pay to buy a new dress that will fit. I have to pay for an error on their part. Now they are trying to refund me only 70% of my order, I have provided them with proof that they made a mistake... Such scammy behavior. UPDATE: They have now offered me a full refund only if i remove my negative review otherwise i get a fraction of the full price or I have to send back the dress for which they don't pay the shipping (it is in China). Their refund policy is purposely vague stating a refund on shipping but what they don't say is that it is not covering the return shipping

We could not be happier with our purchase ❤️ the dress was absolutely stunning and such good quality! And sizing is spot on if you follow their instructions for measurements. Shipping was incredibly fast too. We already plan to order for next year’s prom as well!
