I used this company before for my daughter’s 30th Birthday and was very happy with the whole experience. So used it again to buy a Christmas gift, but made some errors writing out the certificate and expected to have to buy the whole package again, but upon emailing the company they corrected everything for me. Took a very long time to get to Australia. Arrived well after Xmas. Thankfully I was able to get in touch and got an emailed copy which I could print out and give on Christmas Day. The person I was corresponding with was extremely helpful.

I find it insane that you advertise this beautiful gift package yet when you order it defaults to online so you then have to print the documents and in doing so there is no discount yet to have this beautiful gift set you have to pay extra to have it mailed? Let alone it was sent internationally in a paper mailer and was creased by the time it got here. Overall not to happy with the experience from the order to the arrival. Can say I will use a different company next time.

November 2022applied for a star registration for my granddaughter, I was waiting for a certificate to give to her for Christmas, but nothing . Nearly $100.oo it cost me still nothing. Very disappointed with a non delivery U.S. and money that was taken from my account

No service help. Whoever put in I wrote a four star is wrong. Have yet to see the ,get registration number to see actual star I bought for LOVED one. Yet been sent three surveys on how good your dude Michael is and your company. I've not received anything for exception of AA minus on my debt card. No registration number. Nothing to locate star in my loved ones name as it was Christmas gift. Messed up . My date of experience was mid December. Look me me up.Camala Winters Schlicher
