They tried to silence me but here is the truth: The free pets is nice but this website breaks Roblox TOS and it’s sketchy. It’s probably illegal and don’t trust it with your credit card information. They also spam your email with junk advertisements.

Very disappointing customer service. I made a mistake when entering the top-up amount and asked for a refund of the unused balance. I tried to explain my situation, but I was only getting automated responses and couldn’t get in touch with a real customer support employee. I understand that refunds may have certain rules, but I expected at least the opportunity to speak with a real person and have my case reviewed.

As soon as I win a prize for the spinning wheel, I usually wait for my bot to join to get my rewards, yes? For some reason, this bot took their sweet time for too long, accepting many people's requests and ignored mine until my time ran out. THEN, when I tried to trade, they declined and GAVE MY PRIZE AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. This website is a joke. We can't even have different sellers but the same ones that are been the pain in my *ss.
my traumatic experience
Hello, I’m an old Roblox player and this is by far something I cannot overcome. It was fine using starpets at first, I only used this site for less than a month. Suddenly when I tried to access my account it was logged out of, I soon began to realize I was hacked. And no it wasn’t any coincidence. I was never hacked before and I’ve had my account for 9 years, I was hacked twice in the same day because I acted stupidly and didn’t change my accounts gmail because I was panicking, and the hacker didn’t just take my adopt me pets. They went in other games I had lots of great demand items on like Royal High — MM2. And when I say there’s nothing I can do about it, there was nothing I could do either, I was so devastated I broke down because I had just gotten money for my birthday and I wanted to buy some stuff off of starpets. I cried and cried not only because I worked so hard to grow my account, but because I’m a very old Roblox player. They completely wiped out every good thing, valuable item I had, They even used my Robux I had gotten for my birthday that I never got to use. And please don’t say its just a game. I’ve been using the same account, for the past 9 years, never had any issues with getting hacked, and this is by far my most traumatic experience, I just felt hurt because all my hardworked years of effort for all of those items? gone. I COULDN’T even get half of what they took away from me back and to this day I feel the pain & hurt of knowing how much more harder I have to work just to do a simple trade.. by the way this only happens a few months ago.. a few days after my birthday. My card got stolen. Dozens of expensive purchases I did not do. Card company will not let me dispute. Do not use, it is not worth it. I also bought a gift card that I never received. Complete scam.

i bought sab brainrot and it did get delivered in about 10 minutes but i wouldnt use this since its more risky i would rather use luger.gg, yeah sure its a bit more expensive than starpets but its way more trustworthy. i wouldnt trust the website starpets but i rather luger.
The support is dead
The support is dead. The support guy is a dumb guy named GPT who can't help me with anything. They're also supposed to refund me the 9,200 rubles from the old website. I haven't received it yet. I've written to support and they've gotten no response. They just close the tickets. I suspect the site is starting to scam people. Don't buy anything here. I will delete this review when I get my money back and can withdraw it to my card.

I got some wheels when I spun them it worked, when I tried to redeem them, it just said "please try again later, the bot failed to add you as a friend" I never managed to redeem the stuff since it just said that over and over again, the things were, neon skates, abyssian cat, bat dragon and other stuff. The trade works, you get your items and whatever but after a period of time, one of the pets owned by starpets hacks into your account and takes back all the items, happens mostly in adopt me
They stole my money.
It worked at first, I did 2x 50 euro top ups, but I payed twice obviously but only received one of the €50. I contacted support, because I did pay and have the receipts, but the support hasn't responded for over an hour and I keep trying, they dont have a good help line and stole my money. Support not resolving my refund issue
I am extremely disappointed with StarPets. My order has been delayed for a very long time even though no trade ever happened in-game. The seller tried to pressure me into premature confirmation before any delivery, which is unacceptable. Support keeps delaying the case and asking me to wait for weeks (even up to 20 days), while my money ($38.89) is still stuck. There is no clear resolution and no proper protection for buyers in situations like this. I just want my order cancelled and my refund processed, but the process is extremely slow and frustrating. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience.

I got scammed in my birthday as a buyer. So this " service" DONT PROVIDE RATINGS IF SOMEONE SCAMMED YOU AND YOU STARTED A DISPUTE. Like you have to wait litteraly for a WEEK to get your MONEY BACK. AND YOU CANT EVEN LEAVE YOUR WARNING ABOUT PERSON. Support wasn't helping me at all. The seller has confirmed his mistake, but moderator was not answering for eternity. Like I'm pretty sure to look out w few messages can't physically take you a 2 days. Like what it's your problem. You got scammed ? Your buyer rating gonna go down, you will not get any compensation, you wont be able to leave a warning for others. That makes rating system broken. If you got scammed and starting a dispute to have a refund. You can't rate seller. So that does means the ones who been scammed forced to lose their money to share their experience. I mean seriously, no matter how dramatic I am. There is one simple fact that's star pets are bad platform. " Hot line " with ai/ operations using scripts. Moderators that cant find a minute of their precious time a couple of days, to end up deal. When it's cleary that deal must be closed. I mean really I've never met such a bad service before. They treat you like a wallet. That's horrible. I mean it's too broken to change anything, If I only could I would totally close this company. I kean really worst thing you can do with your money and time it's wast it on the Star Pets. I really regret I used to be such a fool, and using it on my birthday. I would never use this horrible service again. Btw to get your money back of card it took you a week, and they'll take a huge commission. So the best thing you can expect from this service. Awful customer service
It gets the job done, but customer service is AWFUL. I sent multiple emails about my brother getting scammed in here on the steal a brainrot section, and no response or refund was received. They have now deactivated my account, which held funds in it and I have now lost access to it. There’s barely any live agents, and the AI assistant is very bad at resolving issues. I probably will not buy from here ever again.
