Wow, I cant believe how smooth my journey with Startfleet has been! As a small marketing agency owner who knew ZERO about setting up a business in the US, these guys were like my personal business fairy godparents lol. When I first started, I was completly lost about creating an LLC. Like, super confused and nervous about all the legal stuff. Startfleet made everything look so simple - they basicly held my hand through the entire process. Their team explained everything in a way that didnt make me feel stupid (which is amazing, becuz legal jargon usually makes my head spin 😵). The best part? They're crazy fast with responses. Seriously, anytime I had a question (and trust me, I had MANY), they'd get back to me super quick. Not just copy-paste answers, but real, helpful advice that actually solved my problems. Getting my Stripe account set up was another massive win. As an international entrepreneur, this was like finding gold. And now, after a year, I'm even trusting them with my tax declaration - thats how much I've come to rely on them. For anyone thinking about starting a US business and feeling overwhelmed - Startfleet is your solution. They turn what seems like a nightmare process into something totally doable.
Worst customer service to date
I incorporated an entity from abroad hoping that with the help of the service provider things would go smoothly. At the start we already had issues with setting up a bank account, which is not as easy as they claim it to be. Then the representative blamed on us instead of trying to help us solve the problem. We ended up giving up on the business concept and wanted to close the company, once again fees after fees without proper explanation which caused a delayed to the new year and another tax for another year. No sense of responsibility, empathy, or any type of professional handling. I am not sure if there are other better services out there in the market, I certainly wouldn't trust them again.

While we understand your frustrations, we believe it’s important to address some key points clearly. Regarding your mention of issues with bank account setups, we’re unsure of the exact nature of your dissatisfaction. However, we successfully assisted you in obtaining two bank accounts at two different institutions. This is not a simple feat for non-U.S. residents, and we worked diligently to help you achieve this. As for the dissolution of your Delaware company, here are the facts: 1) You inquired about dissolution on December 19, 2024, at 8:38 PM, and we replied the next morning, December 20, at 10:07 AM — within 14 hours. 2) When you requested the payment link late on December 24 at 11:59 PM, we provided it early on Christmas Day, December 25, at 8:46 AM 3) After your payment on December 26 at 3:33 AM, we informed you about the significant Delaware backlog and strongly recommended priority processing that same day at 6:49 AM — just over 3 hours later. At the same time we also asked for some information to help us finalize the dissolution. Despite our advice to proceed with priority processing to ensure the dissolution could be completed before the new year, you chose to delay providing the necessary details and paying the priority fee until January 2, 2025. By then, it was too late to avoid incurring the Delaware franchise tax for 2025, which is a legal requirement for all companies, regardless of activity. We acted promptly at every step, even during the holiday season, and provided clear and actionable guidance based on Delaware’s regulations. It’s unfortunate that delays on your end led to additional costs, but this situation was not due to any failure or lack of professionalism on our part.

Attentive service
A professional colleague recommended Startfleet, and couldn't speak highly enough about the service he received. As a non-resident, non-US citizen, in need of creating a US bank account for paymnent from my US employer it was crucial to me to be able to set up a fast and efficient way of receiving my salary checks. The process wasn't as quick as I'd hoped, but that wasn't Startfleet's fault - they attentively answered emails and WhatsApps, and they helped every step of the way – even when the bank orginally refused to create an account because of a minor discrepancy with the utility bill being used as proof of address.

I am really glad that I went with startfleet for LLC incorporation. I made a review back in January 2024 (5 star) at the time I created my LLC. Now, 4 months later, I decided to make another review, to confirm the value of the Startfleet support service. I have been in regular communications with Fitz over WhatsApp as I needed to receive prompt feedback over a number of items, including IRS forms and how to optimize different procedures, in order to effectively work with US based companies that were paying my services for projects executed outside the US. I was always treated with the outmost cordiality and was never made felt that I was getting annoying with my questions, in the contrary, Fitz was always very responsive and in a good mood. Once again, thanks to Startfleet and I am sure I will make some more reviews in the future, as I get more of their service.
