Name on jacket
The name imprinted on the jacket of the two-piece set was dark and hardly visible on the already dark fabric of the jacket. Quality of pants and jacket was very good.

Thank you for your input Monica. Very much agree that names in a brighter color would be more visible and under other circumstances we probably would use a brighter color. The reason we use the maroon on dark colors is actually intentional. Your school's colors are maroon, gold, and black, as you know. Their primary rival is black and gold. So, we try to avoid using something like gold on a black (or charcoal gray) base for your school. If the base color were maroon, we'd use gold names. All in all, definitely agree that the name color could be something brighter. We just try to avoid making it look like it's the rival school's colors when possible....and stick to the maroon/gold/black combination. Understandable concern. Perhaps we'll push the team to using maroon or gold-base items for things that get personalization. Thank you for the kind words about the quality and for taking the time to submit feedback.

The package came late, and I could not take with me on my trip to give as a gift. Even after emails ensuring delivery. The product was as described.

I'm sorry that the shirt didn't make it in time for your trip, Kim. Please accept my apologies for that. It was a shirt that we had to custom-print to fill your order. You ordered on the 14th, we shipped on the 19th, and it delivered on the 21st (at least according to the tracking info). Not sure how much time we missed by; I'm assuming it wasn't much. In retrospect, perhaps we should discussed adjusting the shipping to your destination. Regardless, I'm sorry we missed delivering prior to your departure date.

I was on the late side ordering for Christmas so I emailed and just asked it they thought I would get the item. They responded back in a very timely and friendly manner. I felt like I was emailing with a friend. And the item arrived before Christmas and my son loved it!
Excellent rugby wear
I ordered evrty tshirt aNd sweat pant available for my son who broke his leg playing rugby . I asked about hooded sweatshirts and he made them up and added them to the available options. I ordered the quarter zip performamce shirt for Christmas gifts for 4 gamily members and all loved their Loyola rugby wear. I will be orderimg again .
