Thank you for your kind words regarding the products. We truly appreciate the good rating despite your concern about the delivery time. Looked at your order and it was custom-made team gear that had a specific order period. With those types of items, we collect orders for a couple/few weeks and print/embroider the items at the same time (reduces cost and increases profitability to the Club). So, we had a close date for all orders and shipped the items a couple weeks after that close date. We'll fully admit that it'll seem like a "long time" for the folks that order early (first days of the order period) than those that wait until the last minute. And you were one of those that ordered early on, so thank you for that. We try to be completely forthright about the shipping dates for items. When we make custom, made-as-ordered apparel, the "order by" and expected ship dates are posted in the item description and next to "Availability." That "Availability" field should be carrying over to the shopping cart too. Trying to find ways to further highlight the expected ship date for custom, made-as-ordered items is something we're looking into. It's something we don't want folks to miss when using our site. Think we packaged it up late in the day after you placed your order, so it went out first mail of the following day. Our apologies for that.
