I ordered the Flywing EC-135 with Ace Flight controller and received my order in the U.S. in just under 2 weeks with 2 batteries. Had an Issue with a Livesteam HO Loco.Reached out to Customer Service and they gave me constant support, answered all my emails, and never gave up on assisting me.It turns out when the machining of the brass steam ports was produced, there were some brass shavings in the cylinder, but all was worked out.Now the loco runs perfectly for hours on end. The V8 engine model is very well constructed and was enjoyable to put together. What is keeping my rating from 5 stars is a number of parts were not cut correctly and the starter engine did not function. However, replacement parts were sent to me at no expense and the model engine runs and functions.

I have purchased 4 engines from StirlingKit.com, 2 steam, the hit & miss, and the D16 diesel. When I had issues with the D16, StirlingKit.com was right there ready to help me out. I was so pleased with the support I received, I posted a YT video about my little engine. I just purchased the H75 engine and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival. Anytime I have questions or inquiries on new or existing products; Customer service is responsive to my needs. Needed minor parts for an ICE that was purchased 6-months ago and Stirlingkit was able to get them from the manufacturer.

I have bought a few engines from Stirling kit , very happy with the items , fantastic goods until you have a small fixable issue a little later , then you have weeks wasted waiting for a reply only to never hear back .
